Got this hover board for my son on his eighth birthday. Like stated in the title made the best parents list. It has a charger the is away to plug in and it isn’t the size of a laptop charger slightly larger than a cellphone charger. It goes pretty fast with a child that weighs 65lbs on it or for those outside the US about 32KG. He was able to ride it for about an hour on it taking it easy. It is easy to throw in the car and go on a cement adventure and he couldn’t have been happier with it, though he did want one with speakers built in this unit doesn’t. The wheels do light up and has indicators built in. This was a good design choice because who really knows which direction kids are going to go. This at least gives people around a slight idea. Fun for kids but for you faint hearted don’t forget to get safety equipment.

The media could not be loaded. My 11 year old daughter loves her hover board. She says it’s pretty easy to operate and she loves the lights on the side of the board. She gives it a 4 1/2 stars out of 5!

I bought 2 of these hover boards for my grandchildren for Christmas. (1 Pink 1 Green. They where excited. After a couple days the green one stopped working. The left side won't work. I called Amazon and a very nice gentleman named Gabriel. He suggested calling Swagton. Gabriel made the call with myself on the phone. Lady at Swagton gave me directions how to put a return in on their website. I filled it all out as soon as I got off the phone. The website said it will take 72 hours for them to get back to me. I waited 5 days. Never heard anything so I filled out the return form again. Waited about a week and never heard from them. I called for a 2nd time. Same conversation we had the 1st time. I waited a few more days and never heard from them so now I am writing this review. They are sturdy, the pink one is going strong. I wouldn't recommend or trust this company for any purchases.

Very happy with the second one. The first one arrived damaged with the wheel cracked so it wasn’t rideable (wheels are hard plastic). The company sent another which works perfectly and I also see now that the other one didn’t light up like the replacement. So very happy that they sent a new one. Very smooth and easy to learn. My daughter is 10 and loves it.

I purchased this from Amazon where it was listed with a 1 year warranty. Within weeks of light use by my 8 year old, only one side worked correctly. Swagtron gave me pushback saying it only had a 90-day warranty. I provided them screen shots and product listings to counter this. Why should I have to show them their own warranty??? They "graciously" offered as a one-time courtesy to do a RMA, charging me return shipping. Upon receiving it, they have claimed it has water damage. My son never used this in water. Now they want $79.98 to repair it. If not, it's $20.00 to have it returned to me. It doesn't take a genius to see the pattern of business practice here. Best case, it costs me $79.98 + $10 to have it repaired, plus return shipping? Worst case, it costs me $10 + $20 to have a inoperable device returned to me. Either way, my son's birthday gift is a paper weight. I am out $139.99 for the product plus $10.98 in return shipping and left with no product. Total of $149.97
