  • The only.. for now
1. It is good for taller people. And not too much competition in tall scooters yet. 2. Easy to handle. Golds and fits I'm my prius easily. Easy to carry. 3. Easy to ride. 1 small kick and loooong cruise. 4. It falls apart, so be sure to tighten all the bolts regularly. Because it not only gets all wobbly but literally falls apart. 5. It has sharp metal edges so it is better to wear closed shoes. ... show more

  • Great and easy to use
I did not want to write about this scooter within one week of usage So I have it now for more than two months and it's is great ride is very smoothly. It have a bit of rattling noise when riding on a rough surface but no complaints. Foot space is good you can almost both feet side to side and I where size UK 42 also has a large break finder it's work great for slowing down when going fast but be careful as you can't use it to did stop over a short space you going to need to use your feet. Ride hight is fine not too low to catch on small road holes and not high to feel unbalanced, but for me which I am 176 cm you have to bend your legs and lower ur self to push only when needed to go fast. Folding need to get use too at the first few times and I felt it won't fold the first time I unfold it, then after few times I found when you pull the leaver up you hear a click but it won't fold you need to try to pull it a bit more and it will fold. It's only in the beginning by time it will get smoother no worries there Tire are huge I have the lager front wheel and it goes on and off small parts of the sidewalk fairly- note you need to hold the steering firmly to prevent it from turning or it will and you going down learned that the hard way. I'm am using it to go riding with my 7 years old son this why I can keep up with when he is riding his bike Also I use it daily to commute from my car to the office and back to the parking lot daily as walking takes me 15 to 20 minutes with the scooter it's only 3 to 4 minutes which is great easily fold into my car boot and I can keep it next to my office at work. I am 38 and never used a scooter before in my life but this one was easy to get use to after the 2nd day I used it I love it made my life easier and also fun ... show more

  • Do not give this company your money
I bought this for my son for Christmas and within 4 months the handlebars broke, leaving it unusable. I contacted support and was told to send in pictures of the unit and a sticker that wasn't on the scooter. They finally were able to tell me I needed to buy the replacement part. I paid $10 and when it came there were no instructions as to how to fix the piece. I looked online for a picture of the piece and what I found was not useful. I then emailed support and asked for instructions and/or a video and received an email stating, "We, unfortunately, do not have instructions or video to provide. You can send the unit in for repair to us or take it to a local bike shop." There was no acknowledgement that this would cost me money on top of the purchase or the money spent to get the piece for something that had been used for less than 4 months. After some digging, I was able to find a phone number and after waiting quite a while, spoke to someone. After explaining 2/3 of the issue the customer service rep interrupted me to say they post a disclaimer about repairs, and that I should watch a youtube video. I replied that when I emailed asking for a video I was told none existed, and that sending a link to a relevant video would have been helpful. The customer service rep then said there were no videos -- (me- HUH, but you just said???). I was then cut off so I called back. I had to wait even longer to be connected to a person - I'm guessing I'm not the only person with faulty parts and lack of good customer service. That person heard my story and said in a voice that was more bored with me than my teen agers that I'd have to send the unit to them for repair in Indiana. I asked if in fact he was telling me that I had to pay money to send a 12 lb item that has only seen 4 months use to them for what I'm sure is a simple repair for which I just need clear instructions? He asked what item I had and I said I didn't know, but as I was pulling up my email to get him some information he rudely said, "I can't tell you if I don't know what we're looking at." I calmly asked him if the case number for the customer service ticket would help and he grudgingly took it. I was then cut off again. I've checked to see if there was any language in the email exchange about disclaimers for repair parts and the exchanges were minimal at best and included no disclaimers. I've gone on the website and they only offer a 90 day warranty. I'd say that's just about when we started experiencing issues with the unit. If you are still considering giving them your money, read the warranty closely. Essentially it says they don't stand by their products. Too bad, because for 90 days my son really liked his scooter. ... show more

  • Easy to unfold, less so to fold
Pulling on the ring to unfold it was easy. It was harder trying to unfold it but a bit of WD-40 on the ring pull and the hinge where the scooter folds made life much easier when folding it. It took me around 3 minutes just to get the thing to come loose before I could fold it but WD-40 reduced it to less than 30 seconds. ... show more
