Everything said get Velcro swaddles so we did; it's really a convenient step up from a cotton cloth. The Velcro lets us wrap tightly enough to help baby feel secure and keep the fabric in place through all the wriggling. We also own a set of much cheaper Velcro swaddles and these are definitely nicer; the grip is reliable and the fabric is denser and not flimsy/stretched out quickly. These came as pictured and my newborn loved sleeping in these! Super easy to use! We did have to wash them by themselves because the Velcro would stick to other things in the wash but that's the only con.
