Three years ago I got really sick and spent most my days in and out of Neuro Icu units, the EEG tape ripped out chunks of my hair over 2 years leading to my diagnosis. It was devastating. A friend recommended I try tape ins until my hair started to come back. I had never had extensions, and I definitely was afraid of the idea of doing themself having already lost so much of my pretty hair. The local salon wanted over a thousand dollars for tape ins, I found out they got the hair from this company, and that the charges were a lot of random tack ons, and a surplus hourly rate. I got on YouTube started watching videos and made my order. If you’ve never put tape ins before- trust me it’s too easy. If you have every placed a sticker on a sheet of paper you’ll be fine. Infact my 6 year old did the back of my hair, it’s just matching one sticker to line up to another sticker. I thought for sure because of the cost the hair wouldn’t be good. It’s flawless. It’s silky, it’s healthy, and it’s consistent. The quality has always been good- you can trust this company to provide constant good product! I had tried going to a local hair shop to compare it to the “high end” hair and I found out it all bs, the local hair shop hair wasn’t better because it was more money, it was more money because of; shipping, paying a store front, paying an employee etc etc. This hair is top notch- you just got really lucky finding it. The hair is real. 100%. It hold up to heat and styling extremely well and If I’m lazy about care they last 2 uses- for me that’s 6 months. But I usually just buy a new set every month. I mean the quality and the price why not?! But if you did want to reuse, they are good quality and you can, I’m just too lazy to retape lol. I had tried other companies on Amazon because I wasn’t sure if I was missing something, maybe there were a lot of companies like this- no, there aren’t. Don’t bother. Don’t risk wasting money. Stay with these guys. The damage concern was big for me, turns about its more to do with the type of tape used. I don’t know what magic has been applied to these but the tape is strong enough to hold through going to the gym 6 days a week but when it’s time to take them out I’ve literally just put conditioner in, sat in the gym steam room and they just fell out, no pulling, no tearing Best part is: having them in has made me treat my own hair better, I wash it less, I comb more gently and I wrap it at night. My hair is healthier because I use tape ins now. The customer service is AMAZING. I love these people!!!!!!! They send the package always with some type of bonus gift. But even better inside they provide a card for customer service that gives you a million ways to contact them. Unlike other companies who intentionally try to make it difficult to communicate, they WANT to do a good job for you. I read mixed reviews on these but figured id try them anyway. A friend of mine has had hers taken out and reapplied twice so she’s had them in for almost 3 months and they still look great. I purchased The color 1b. The quality feels great so far. Adhesive on the tapes is also really good. I put One in and had to take it out because i misplaced It and it was so hard to get off. The media could not be loaded. I like the the hit it’s self is of good quality. Matched my hair texture when straight for the most part but the tapes are not strong enough to get through a full wash day and styling. Had one piece slide out during styling after fist time wash and a lot of them have slid down the hair shaft so far I’m considering getting them taken out. I’m going on week two and wash my hair once a week. I doubt they’d last me through this wash. So disappointing because I really do like the hair. Length is accurate and hair seems thick. I recently tried the SUYYA Tape in Hair Extensions in Chestnut Brown, and while they had some appealing qualities, overall, my experience was just okay. The color match was decent, aligning well with my natural hair, which I appreciated. The 100% Remy human hair felt soft and smooth right out of the package. However, I found the extensions didn't blend as seamlessly as I had hoped. They looked a bit bulkier at the roots, which made it challenging to achieve a natural look. Application was straightforward, but I noticed that the adhesive didn't hold as well as I expected. After a few days, I found that some extensions started to lift, requiring frequent adjustments. This was a bit frustrating, especially considering the price point. While the 18-inch length was nice and allowed for versatile styling, the overall durability was lacking. I found that the hair tangled more easily than other extensions I've used, and regular maintenance was needed to keep them looking decent. The SUYYA Tape in Hair Extensions offer good color and softness but fall short in blending and longevity.
