The material is thick! The waistband is very high waisted and supports a lot of compression. These Are really good leggings. I got a size medium and am 5’5 and 170 lbs. I think they are squat proof. But when I was really bending over my boyfriend said they seemed the slightest bit see through. I feel like as long as you wear a thong anything is squat proof LOL! I could have gone for a large and that probably would have eliminated the sheerness of the leggings but I honestly likes how the medium fit. Perfect compression for me. If you don’t like your leggings skin tight then if you are my weight and height I would do large. They are not as flattering as before and there is a lot more fabric in the scrunch area and it’s no longer seamless. I bought a size XL, in the black, without the contour line at the bottom. When I first tried them on, they were semi-tight. After wearing them all day they have loosed up a bit, in a good way for me. Material is super soft, I didnt have any weird lines on them, and I sized down. For reference I’m 5’7 and 150lbs. Im normally a medium, I got a small. Very flattering and doesn’t show any cellulite. I worked out in these (squats, romanian deadlifts) and the scrunch held up. The leggings don’t become loose after wearing them for a while which is a plus!! The tag does say don’t put in the dryer, so I hang them to dry. There have been times where they went into the dryer by accident and they havent been ruined. To start off, I opened the packaging & looked at these leggings and thought, “no way these will fit me!” I was ready to ship them back, but I’m so glad I tried them on first. They fit like a glove, the material is cool, not too sheer (maybe in bright lighting), squats are a little uncomfortable because the fabric in between the cheeks is a bit tight.. but these fit great! They’re flattering in all the right places and comfortable 😁 I’m 6 months postpartum, and these made me finally feel skinny again!! (Also I have been working out religiously for 2 weeks now so that might be why too) 😂 For reference I am about 5’5, 140 lbs, usually wear a size 4-6, I don’t have a big butt (wish I did).
