It comes vacuum pack in very small package. And I mean small! It will take a few days to unwind and relax. The cushion is a little weak on stuffing. It's soft but not firm. It could have been firmer, but it works. The brown color was spot on.

I admit that I was apprehensive about the cushion when we received the box it was packed in. It was small enough to fit into our mailbox. But don’t be discouraged. This cushion was vacuumed packed to the extent that it was totally airless. I shook it out and laid across the bench seat and waited a while before I tied to the bench’s. arm rests. It plumped up nicely by that evening, and continued to plump even more in the coming days. We are very pleased with it. We got the non-slip backing, and it works. The cushion stays in place with only the end ties. This bench is in our sunroom and used multiple times throughout the day as both a dining table and place to catch up with things on our laptops. The cushion greatly improves the comfort of the wooden bench, we are very pleased with the quality, the ability to customize our order, and the fit when we received it. I would not hesitate to order from these people again.

It came smashed and I worried it would not take a great shape but it did and has remained very cushioned and pretty. The only thing I would change is to add another set of ties on the opposite side of the cushion. I plan to do that with mine. It does slide off easier than I expect when you raise your stool lid but I don’t do that often.

These are exactly as described size wise, the only downside as you can see in the photo is that they’re very wrinkly. They come vacuum sealed, so they look flat at first, but they take full form after about a day. I threw mine in the dryer to fluff them up, and that helped with some of the wrinkles, but I still haven’t been able to fully get them out. Overall, I would still absolutely recommend.
