As other reviewers state, the cushions come flat and extremely wrinkled but in less than 24 hours they completely resume their shape. We love our patio furniture so much we use it in our kitchen. Most outdoor cushions look too casual but these are ideal for indoors. So happy with the rounded shape back and front, but several options available to fit different chair styles. The fabric is smooth with a subtle sheen that does not feel cheap. I steamed out all the wrinkles in a few minutes, even along the edges. Easier than ironing and good for the foam. A used steamer can go for $10 on FB fyi. We play board games and are in these chairs for hours at a time. So comfortable but zippered covers mean I can add an inch of latex to the bottom if they end up needing more cushion. These cushions checked all the boxes for us. If the measurements work, don’t hesitate to order these fabulous cushions! Ordered another set of two cushions. Unzipped covers and allowed foam to expand over several days — I wanted to see if wrinkling improved but not a bit. Steamed out the wrinkles in two minutes without removing covers and they were perfect! Update: We have been using these every day for the past week and I notice is that they spring back without any wrinkling after sitting for hours! Nice!!! ... show more

Very satisfied with my purchase. You need to follow the directions carefully, unzipping the cases and allowing a few days for the cushions to inflate. They do have wrinkles because of the way they are compressed. I did what they recommended and steamed the wrinkles out while on the pillow, but used a regular steam iron and all wrinkles came out. They’re great and fit perfectly on my chairs that are a little bit more narrow in the back. Also,it rained and they’re totally fine. My cat has been laying on them and it’s easy to wipe the hair off unlike on my previous ones. The thickness is really nice and so is the color. You can tie the back of them, so they don’t fall off. Got to be a better way to package cushions and pillows for customers. The two seat cushions were vacuumed then rolled up into each other, creating ugly wrinkles and creases in the twill fabric. The instructions were rather silly with suggestions beginning with "you could..." and After 5 days "you may enjoy your product" ! Amusing really but never suggested to wet down and throw in dryer. Nothing solved the wrinkles because the way these were packed. They could have laid them flat then vacuumed using the same amount of box space in using a flat box. These need a heavy duty steam iron.
