Reason for 4*: some of the paint was already chipped before I removed item from packaging. Sturdy and high visibility. No need for the washers. It can be a bit of a challenge to get them into the property marker pipe if the pipe has accumulated hard packed clay over time. Once in place, these are perfect for the intended purpose of keeping property lines visible without being obnoxious or protruding from the ground.
