  • These are great for a permanent mpunting solution in a solid material
Size: 1/4" x 1"
These anchors are easy to use. Just drill a 1/4 inch hole in the concrete or other solid material, place the anchor through the item you want to attach. Drive in the nail to permanently attach your item. The key word is permanently as they are difficult to impossible to remove if you mess something up or wish to remove what you anchored down. I have found that a cold chisel will remove them if you cannot pull the nail out and remove them with good pliers, a hammer, or a screwdriver. The nail will not drill out because it will spin the nail rather than digging into it. The depth of the hole should slightly exceed an inch and it will need to be vacuumed to remove the debris from the hole. No construction adhesive is required. These will not work in items such as drywall or a mounting board as they get their strength from gripping the walls of the hole. They do not open enough to hold behind the drywall. ... show more

  • Handy fasteners, but not flush
Size: 1/4" x 1-1/2"
These are great, quick fasteners for mounting just about anything. Worked fine in wood and in mortar. All in the box seem well made, no issues with any I've used so far. Note two things: These are mushroom head style, they do no go flush so they're not really for exposed/finish use, unless you like the industrial look. Second, realize that these are a one-shot fastener. Once you hammer it in, that's it, it's there for life unless you use a Dremel tool to cut them off. ... show more

  • Reliable Anchors for Brick and Concrete — Easy, Clean, and Secure
Size: 1/4" x 1"
These anchors are a solid choice for light-duty applications. I used them to mount furring strips on a brick wall, and they held firm with no wobble. Installation was simple—no special tools needed, just drill and tap. The mushroom head design gives a clean, flush look, which was perfect for my project. I also appreciate that the zamac alloy resists corrosion, especially since I’m using these outdoors. Definitely tamper-resistant once set, and they feel secure without overcomplicating the job. Just keep in mind they’re not for overhead loads. Great product for the price, and if the anchors were just a bit longer, they’d be even more versatile for slightly deeper installs. ... show more

  • Awesome quality and so simple to make super strong/tight connections
Size: 1/4" x 1-1/2"
These anchors work really well. I needed to install a bunch of steel posts on a concrete pad. Each post had four 1/4" mounting holes in a plate welded to the base . I had started one using wedge anchors, but it was a complete pain and way overkill. These are so simple... I used a 1/4" bit to drill the holes. These dropped right in through the post bases. I tapped them down snug to the plate using a hollow punch, then drove the pin down with a 3/8" round punch. When you sink the pin in, it really holds tight! No messing around!! A few of the posts were on top of uneven sections of concrete. These anchors actually distorted the steel bases to match the contour of the concrete, and held them super tight in place. So easy to use and they work fantastic! I wholeheartedly recommend these awesome anchors. They're an excellent value. Great seller, outstanding product, and fast shipping by Amazon. • Excellent anchor for concrete. No screw driver required!
Size: 1/4" x 1"
Anchor strength: I used these in a Cinder/Concrete block to hold some plumbing pipe. After using this type of anchors I am seriously considering swapping away from the plastic type of anchor and getting this kind. Functionality: Works as intended. Drill bit size is printed ON the box so you never have to guess. Would have been nice to include a 1/4 inch masonry bit, but that's just asking for the Moon. 5/5 - Would Buy Again. ... show more
