The original product we purchased died almost immediately. I wrote a review to that effect, and gave the product one star. We did not contact the supplier. We simply threw it in the trash. A couple of days after my review the supplier contacted me wanting to know what they could do to fix the problem. They offered a full refund or replacement of the product. I understand that not all products can be manufactured to be 100% reliable, but usually for a purchase like this you will never hear from the supplier again. These guys were great! They really wanted to make it right, and have stayed with me through the whole process. They replaced the product, no questions asked, and we received it today. The product works flawlessly, which is awesome, but these days to get this kind of customer service is almost without precedent. The product is great, and if you have any problems at all, these guys will make it right! I haven't been this impressed by a company's customer service in a very long time. Good job. Thank you, and will be back for any similar needs!
