A handyman assembled it in half an hour, with electric screwdriver. It is just as described. I have a griddle plugged in, good for any appliance. Great addition to my small kitchen.

Living in a small apartment can be a pain. Even more so when it comes to space in the kitchen. There just never seems to be enough counter space to work with. Took very little time to put together and holds all kinds of things freeing up the counter for prep work.     • Incredible customer service
I had purchased one of their other Baker's racks before and had a pretty easy time of putting it together. I decided to get this one as well. One of my boards came damaged, so I emailed their customer service. They got back to me in less than 12 hours, asked for a few pictures, and then sent me a new one. I received the new one within a few days and they didn't even ask me to send back the damage one. The new one was perfect and again, fairly easy to put together. For those who are a little bit new to putting together flat packs, I highly recommend laying out every piece in order and not taking any of the screw components out of their individual packs until you are using them specifically. Read the directions all the way through before getting started And make sure to note which component and at which angle you are working with. Most of the time when people struggle with these, it is not the products fault, but user error. If there is a fault with the product, instead of immediately writing a negative review, email customer service and let them help you. Also, their customer service representative signs their name as Lemon, and that is literally the cutest thing I have ever seen. ... show more
