I am a stickler when it comes to quality sheets. Finding them is hard. These sheets are EXCELLENT! They are thick, heavy and truly 1500 TC. The feel is silky smooth and luxurious. Quality is perfect as well. I did have an issue with the same set in Grey. The stitching on the flat sheet near the finish at the top, was coming undone. I returned them for this set (decided on white instead as well). The white set had no issues. I would HIGHLY recommend these sheets. I will update the review after a few washes and uses to reflect how they hold up in the long term. I do not see an issue. Don't be fooled by other items that claim really high thread counts when they're not. They are usually thin, poly blend and basically poor quality. Get these and enjoy them!

I purchased a set of 1500 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets in grey from Impressions by Luxor Treasures, as well as a set of two additional pillow cases. I am very aware of "fakes" or counterfeit products so I made very sure that the purchase was made from Amazon LLC and not a third party company. The sheets are very thick and almost canvas like. I purchased a set of sheets a few months ago in the teal color and they were the same way- thick, almost course feeling, but after a few washes turned into the softest, smoothest sheets I have ever owned. The grey sheets that just came seemed to be exactly what I was expecting. The extra pillow cases I bought (again, from the same company, both purchased at the same time from Amazon LLC) were a slightly thinner fabric with a darker shade of grey and a more sateen, shinier finish. Confused, I decided to check all of the tags from the new order as well as from the sheets and pillow cases I had purchased months ago, suspecting that the extra pillowcases may have been counterfeit. That was were the confusion really started to set in. Of the two extra pillowcases, one did not have a tag, the other did. The one that had a tag, the tag matched my old sheets and pillowcases. The new grey sheet set however had a tag that although was very similar, was not exactly the same. The (tm) over the Impressions name was instead a ® symbol, as well as a different font in a different color stitching. I am really at a loss here as to how to rate this product. I feel that all of the products I received were most likely all "authentic", but the quality control of the company is poor. In one package there should not be one pillow case with a tag and another without one. I understand changing packaging and tags as the company changes but there is no way the sheets I got and the pillow cases I got are of the same quality/set even though they should be the exact same thing. They have different thicknesses, color, finish, and stitching. I have included pictures to better explain what I am trying to say. If anyone from Impressions can clear up my confusion I would happily buy another set in the future, but as it stands now I am skeptical of ordering any of their products again as I do not know what I should expect to receive.

I was unsure about this sheet set. It rated very good but there were a few negative comments. We'll after receiving them right on time I was amazed. My whole family said I was crazy spending that much money on a set of sheets. They all said Ross was the place to get quality sheets for a great price. We'll after months of searching , touching and feeling all of Rosses sheets I was still not happy. Then I took a chance on my own and ordered this set to surprise my impossible to please wife. The moment she opened the bag she was making great comments. She never seen such quality. She washed them to get out any chemical smell as per instructions on the label. She put them on our bed and O.M.G. We were sleeping on a cloud of comfort. We will buy one more set as theses sheets as they will last a long time. These sheets are in a cloud of there own. If you want top quality, the quality the stars sleep on then order these sheets. Every one know there are a few people that must complain or they are not happy. If they can find a better sheet set than this they should post it for all to see. This was a great deal for the money we paid. You will love these sheets and sleep like royalty I promise.

Got these after about a week and a half, worth the wait (I paid for expedited shipping which was only $13) - I am glad I held out for 1500 thread sheets - they will last a lifetime. I washed them immediately and put them on my bed. I have a super thick mattress and it was snug, but they were big enough to fit. (My mattress is as large as it gets.) The nice thing about these is that in the summer you can use the sheet as a blanket - it is that warm because of the heaviness of the soft cotton. I love these. ** 05/30/2015 update: I've had these for a few weeks now and can tell you I love them. When I touch my pillow case at night, I can feel the super soft and heavy warmness of the super-thick all-cotton deluxe 1500-count Egyptian sheet. I feel like a king would feel in his sheets. I feel warm and cozy and fall right back asleep. Buy these, good price, and even if you have to wait a few extra days to ship from Mother India, it is worth it!!!

These are my favorite sheets of all time. Thick and luxurious and feels like sleeping on 5star hotel quality bedding. Have bought several sheet sets and duvet sets as well as towels from this brand. High quality. Haven't found better anywhere, and I have paid way more for lesser quality. Extremely happy!

This was the second purchase of these sheets as we had a terrible incident involving spilled bleach and the first set were a little damaged... to say the least. The first set purchased 3/2014 for $195 were worth every penny. They are Eqyptian cotton and as thick as you expect 1500tc sheets to be. They washed into a wonderful nest of softness that I looked forward to every night. The replacement set that I ordered, for $75, (I was very excited that it was so cheap) are not anywhere near what they claim to be. This product is neither Eqyptian cotton nor 1500tc. They are thin and translucent. I was excited to see the DHL driver, but when I saw they were in an envelope and not a box, I knew that they were not right. They were in my possession a total of 2.5 minutes before the claim to return was filed. Do not get this item from the A-Z seller if you expect EC or 1500tc. (this was the default seller when I went to reorder them) I have now reordered them through Amazon for $141. Let's see if these are the real deal. UPDATE - The real 1500tc sheets arrived and they are all they should be. I tried to return the sheets but the seller has never responded. There is a claim filed. The real sheets are from China, the fake sheets are from India.

**UPDATE: 08.01.2016** I just bought a second set. Mostly because I'm horrible about doing laundry in a timely fashion... The originals have held up wonderfully. I can't even guess how many washes they've been through. So I got the second set in (I went with blue this time), and they're wonderful, too. But I can't get over how much softer my old sheets are by comparison. These are 5 star sheets, for sure. I just can't give them that 5th star because the top sheet is so comically short on the sides. You have to pick which side you want to barely tuck in, and which side will remain untucked. I wish I could buy these as seperate pieces. If I had a bigger top sheet, I'd be happy to give these sheets the 5 stars they deserve. Original review: I usually buy sheets with a thread count around 700, but with the recent purchase of a new mattress I thought, "why not?" My first impression was when I picked up the package from my doorstep. I couldn't believe how heavy it was compared to what I'm used to. These sheets are substantial. After washing them, I put them on my bed (non-pillow top memory foam bed) and they fit well, although the top sheet wasn't quite big enough to tuck in very far (or at least, not to my liking). When I crawled into bed, I couldn't believe how soft they are! But I also couldn't believe how heavy they are. In a way, they felt stiff. Between the new mattress and the new sheets, I didn't sleep very well that night. But I've had the bed and the sheets for about 2 months now, and I have no desire to go back to lesser thread counts. I wash the sheets every week, and they hold up very well. Their thickness and heft leads me to believe these sheets will last a very long time. They do take a longer time to dry, and I have to stop the drier every now and then to un-ball them so they can dry faster. Overall, I am incredibly impressed, and very happy with the purchase. However, I could not give it a perfect 5 star rating for three reasons. The first is the flat sheet. It might be a perfect size, for all I know, but I have a thinner mattress (compared to those deep pillow top ones) and they don't tuck in as much as I would expect them to. The second reason is because they normally need two drier cycles to dry. And I understand that is a little picky, and it comes with the territory of heavier, high thread count sheets, but it's still an inconvenience every time I go to wash them. The third is the price. They're fairly expensive, in my opinion. I'm hoping they will last much longer than normal sheets, because that will make them a bargain. With those three things, I just can't give them that 5th star, but make no mistake they are incredible sheets and I'm happy with the purchase.

The 1500 white king set from Amazon is great. But, the 1200 king white sheet set that I received from Amazon was not the item pictured. They were the correct Impressions by Luxor brand, but not the right style. I have two sets of the 1500 Impressions by Luxor sheets in the pictured style with 3-layered trim and they are superb, soft, and wonderful. But, I have tried two sets of the same brand in the regular 2-layered trim and they are awful, heavy, and scratchy like canvas. So, I think the varying reviews are due to quality control issues within the Impressions brand. I have several sets of the extra pillowcases in the 3-layered trim and they are great. If you can obtain a set with the 3-layered trim then I highly recommend. If you receive a 2-layered trim version, be wary.
