First I want to say that I LOVED the way this shoe looked! I searched high and low on amazon to find the right size. I have super tiny feet, normally a size 5-5.5. Oftentimes smaller depending on the brand, but since I knew they ran large, I did not want to buy a size 6 and hope for the best (as most of you who have size 5 feet can probably relate to this!) Anyways I finally found this seller and was SO excited. The shoes arrived and were everything I wanted as far as looks. However I noticed they squeezed a bit at the widest part of my foot, right on the bone (I do have wide feet for my shoe size). Putting inserts in relieved this on my left foot, but not on my right so ultimately I opted to return them, since my intention was to get them for a walking trip in Europe. I'm still giving them excellent reviews because once I used the insert on my left foot it felt great. I can only assume that my right foot is slightly bigger or something. The fit did run slightly large everywhere else in the shoe, so I was surprised at the tightness in the largest part of my foot. I have quite a high arch as well so that might have something to do with it. So I guess if you are having a little problem with comfort, try putting inserts in before you've completely abandoned the product. It was a really well put together shoe. The rubber runs up higher on the shoe so I think this would prevent stretching that typically comes with canvas shoes. ... show more

I kept seeing Kate Middleton wearing these and I loved how they were casual yet classy. I wear a 6.5 but depending on the style and the shoe, sometimes I wear a 7. I originally ordered a 7 but found them too big, I returned them for a 6.5 (37 European) and they fit perfectly. I wear them with no show socks. They were a little stiff, especially on the ball of my foot, on the first few wears but now I can wear them all day and feel like they were made for me. I do recommend removing the laces on receipt and taping off the rubber outline on the bottom of the shoe exterior and scotch guarding the canvas before wearing. I receive complements almost every time I wear these shoes and they can be worn with anything form jeans to yoga pants, to a cute dress. I will be order these as a gift for my 72 year old mother that keeps complementing them. A shoe horn is a great tool with slipping in these shoes because I do not like to untie them once I find my sweet spot for how tight the laces are. I’m a creature of habit, I guess. I will also soon be ordering different colors, but for a classic white sneaker that none of your friends have, these are it!!!! ... show more

    • Nice looking shoe, runs large
I like this shoe. I don't love it, but I like it. I wish I could give it 3.5 stars because it's neither a 3/5 or a 4/5. Few things to keep in mind: - It's a European brand, so it should be expected that it runs a little wide. If you have narrow feeties, expect some wiggle room in the toes. - That being said, I did NOT expect it to run large, too. I typically wear a size 10 US across any brand. For this brand, I had to size down. I sent back a size 10 and got a size 9.5, but to be honest I probably could have gotten away with a 9. - It's a heavy shoe, and it runs loose in the heel area (which is very interesting...). Unless you tie your laces to the point of cutting off circulation, your heel will be moving up and down with each step. Not the greatest, but not so annoying that I'd stop wearing these. Overall, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to order this again. And I certainly wouldn't pay over 50$ for it, so wait for the price to go down before you order. ... show more

I've owned 4 pairs of white Supergas over the years. I got these because I love the gold grommets for the laces--they typically come in silver. They're shoes I wear daily to work, over the weekends, and I wear them when I travel. They don't take too long to break in, and once they are broken in, they're super comfortable. They're very easy to slip on and off and go well with lots of different outfits. I wouldn't recommend them for someone looking for shoes with a lot of arch support or if someone is looking for a work out sneaker, but they're great for daily wear. ... show more
