I recently purchased the SuperATV Heavy Duty Polaris RZR 900 to 900 S Suspension Conversion Kit from Amazon, hoping to upgrade my vehicle's performance and durability. However, this purchase turned out to be an absolute nightmare and a danger to both myself and others. Right from the start, I noticed that the kit didn't seem to be of the highest quality, but I decided to give it a chance, thinking maybe it would prove me wrong. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. After a mere two weeks of light use, disaster struck while I was driving my RZR. Without any warning, the wheels of my vehicle suddenly came loose and fell off while I was on a trail. This incident not only caused extensive damage to my RZR but also put my life in serious danger. I cannot express the fear and frustration I experienced during that moment, as I narrowly avoided a potentially fatal accident. Upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the suspension conversion kit was the root cause of this catastrophic failure. The components seemed poorly manufactured and lacked the necessary strength to handle even basic off-road conditions. It is shocking that such a critical component could be so poorly designed, jeopardizing the safety of anyone who installs it. To make matters worse, when I reached out to SuperATV's customer support for assistance, they were dismissive and unresponsive. They refused to take responsibility for their faulty product and offered no compensation for the damages or inconvenience caused. I am appalled by the lack of quality control and negligence displayed by SuperATV in producing and selling such a dangerous product. It is evident that they prioritize profits over customer safety and satisfaction. As an off-road enthusiast, safety is paramount, and I expected a reputable brand like SuperATV to deliver a reliable and durable product. In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing the SuperATV Heavy Duty Polaris RZR 900 to 900 S Suspension Conversion Kit. Save yourself the trouble, money, and potential harm by opting for a more reputable and reliable brand.
