It comes with 4 small legs that can be attached to the bottom of the holder making it very stable. So far from my experience it does not rock, it is balanced on all ends. It is super big and can fit tons of paper. I even used it to hold my tablet and also random tools. The total price was around 23 with tax included which is a bit for a file holder. Maybe it gave dimensions in the description and I missed it, but this stand up file is extremely large. I bought this to hold mail and other items that are mailed. So at this point although its way larger than what I wanted it will get the job done.

I bought this to hold my cardstock. It holds all of my paper perfectly. Very easy assembly. Even came with a screwdriver. I thought I might need 2, but one was the perfect size.

Unit I was soooo disappointed and frankly pissed. I’ve been having a bad Amazon run lately. Not Amazon’s fault but it is frustrating to have to constantly return items. It’s not hard, it’s just one of those errands no one enjoys doing. Anyway, back to my disappointment with this organizer. Clear instructions, even comes with a screwdriver (although it’s kinda small for the screw heads, so I grabbed a bigger one and it was much easier). I got the main frame all screwed together and ready to finish up by sliding in the divider sections and my heart broke:( Only one of the three divider pieces fit!!! The one that does fit is a different shape than the other 3 sections that don’t fit as well as being taller and narrower. The 3 bad ones are too wide to slide over the round part in the front and start to indent the mesh in the back as you shove them down. Then once shoved down they don’t sit properly into the slots and everything is all wonky and bendy and sad. I was so excited to use this on this stupid desk we have built in with our kitchen cabinets that just becomes a junk collector because the “countertop” is sitting height because it’s a technically supposed to be a desk and not really part of the kitchen cabinets and countertop. Useless! But I digress, and continue the search for an alternative solution to organize the mail and other junk that may or may not be trash;) ... show more
