We have a very creative, fort-loving kiddo and a VERY large playroom. After my initial purchase of a nugget set, I realized that we'd have to up the ante to keep up with him, so I found the less expensive clone, Yourigami at the warehouse store. But the child's thirst for fort building had not yet been slaked. I found this and decided to give it a try. Out of the box it's certainly apparent this is a budget version of the sets above; it comes highly compressed with the foam and covers separate. Putting the covers on is not terribly difficult and the foam expands to full size almost immediately. Here's the major differences: - Foam is standard medium density foam, same as Yourgami, not as good as Nugget. Therefore not as sturdy when supporting a load, but not flimsy either. I didn't notice much off-gassing. - Fabric is a soft, smooth, thin velvet-like polyester compared to the furniture-grade weave on the other two. Definitely a downgrade and I don't know how well they'll hold up in washing if that becomes an issue. - Variety and quantity of pieces is more than the others, I feel like the odd shapes foster more creativity. Overall this is an excellent value at half the cost of the competition. I would recommend this highly if you're in the market for a foam playset but have balked at the pricing of what's on the market.

Made of 10 modular pieces that can be combined to make couches or cars, spaceships or pirate ships, really anything your kid can think of. The cushions are sturdy and well made and are dark grey in color. If you don't plan on using this couch day to day be ready to find a larger area to store it, its not small.

Fluffs up easily and it is easy to get the covers on the cushions. It is very soft. This is a cute play room, game room couch. It needs to be placed against a wall or it will slide all over the place. I would like to buy more pieces to it to make it taller.

This couch is perfect for kids to play and nap on. Its modular couch so it can be arrange any way they like. The foam cushion is pretty firm and supportive. Comes vacuum packed so once its opened it takes time for it expand back to normal shape. Kids loved to play on it and enjoyed making their own fort. The covers are soft and cozy feeling.
