This is a fantastic hair piece, especially for the affordable ~$50 price point. Let me start by saying I am a licensed cosmetologist of 16 years, and spent 11 behind the chair. Ive worn extensions since I was 17 years old, all different kinds, I’ve had my very fair share of hair extensions both on myself and on clients. I was a little hesitant when purchasing because I know color matching blondes can be difficult but I love the look of this one! My natural hair is approx 15” from the base of my neck, and I purchased the 18” to add density, volume, and just a couple inches to make my hair look longer when I curl it. The curly shot is with the halo extension in, and the straight hair shot is my natural hair with no extensions. Thick and silky, easy to apply and style. I will have to tone mine just a touch to match the cool tone of my hair, but I don’t think anyone else would notice the tone Difference… I just have a very trained eye and can see it. There is one thing I would like to mention for the company, that isn’t a big deal, please make 1-2 more larger string options. I want mine to sit lower on the back of my head, below my occipital bone.

When I first got this halo I almost returned it. I got the 16 inch 95g golden blonde. It seemed really thin, and the texture was so silky and straight, and didn't match my natural texture. I decided to work with it since I didn't want to spend 200+ on a name brand halo, and I'm glad I did! I cut it (should've just gotten 14 inch), washed and conditioned it, let it air dry and then styled it, and what a difference! The volume more than doubled and looked more natural. It's still a pinch too gold, but I'm going to try toning it and works for now. I don't like the clips, prefer to use without, and the ends where the string attached kind of digs and gets a little uncomfortable after a longer day. Overall good value for the $$, and work with it if it doesn't seem that great at first!!

The hair came in quickly and is surprisingly well made for the price. I wasn’t expecting such a good quality. It fit well and the string was thin. The issue was that the coloring was not at all what I was expecting. I very meticulously went through reviews and photos before picking the blonde balayage with medium brown root. It came in and the entire thing was very warm, especially the brown. The brown was so warm that I would describe it as more auburn. It didn’t match my hair at all because of the roots. I am returning and want to try to reorder a new color however I am not sure about what is offered and now nervous to get another piece that doesn’t match. I also wish that it had 4 clips along the top and not 2 as I feel like it would be more secure.

I bought this extension thinking it would not match my hair, or it would look fake. I have had weft extensions for years. I just got them removed to let my hair rest and to save money. I do not like sleeping in the weft, they are very expensive, and my hair girl has to work around them to color my roots. I tried these on today and I am very impressed. Maybe I got lucky, they match! I have very thin/fine hair. I ordered the ones that were not thicker. They work perfect with my thin hair. They are very comfortable and look very natural. No more driving to the salon and paying thousands. I definitely recommend if you can find your color match.
