Ok. So let me start by saying I hat this is a great product. At the end of the first day of use all of the kids are exhausted. From 5 years old to 12. But to give an honest review I will be nit picky. The main setup was very easy. My only issue was with the instructions. There was no instruction that I saw ( maybe I missed it) that told you how to install the water hosing. This was pretty easy to figure out with a minute of looking though. Each sprayer and where it goes is labeled with a number and there are small straps to hold all the hosing in place. The hosing is nice but I did have a few issues. There was a small crack in the fitting that hooks to the hose that I can not see. The only reason I know it is there is because when the hose is on there is a pin hole spray that comes from the middle of the plastic. Not a major issue as the ground will get wet any way but I will still mention it. All of the sprayers appear to be glued into the hosing. I find this a pro and a con. It makes sure everything always stays together, but I did something that made it a con. Now I have metered water so I came up with the great idea of using a sump pump in the corner and recirculating the water that was being held in the pool. I did not check my sump pump before doing so and there was apparently some pine needles in it. I can not take off the sprayers to clear so I will need to contact the manufacturer to see if I can order a replacement. This was entirely my fault though. My only last complaint is with the sump bucket. When the slide is inflated it slightly leans back instead of forward on the climb wall. This causes it to dump the wrong way. Instead of dumping on people climbing, it dumps on the top platform and then is stuck on the wrong side of the sprayer so it doesn’t refill until one of the children pushes it back into the correct spot. We his is the only reason I have it four stars instead of five. I still think that this is a wonderful product and would have bought it again... probably tested my sump pump before hooking into the system though. Amended after 1 month... The company contacted me and sent a new hose. Also I found that if I moved the sprayer for the sump bucket up an inch half on the Velcro that it fixed the dump bucket issue. This is the best water slide I have seen and had my Kids use. Very easy set up . The sprayers work great. The little kids (ages 2-8) had no problem climbing the or way up. There is also a smaller little section that fills with water and is a tiny pool for little littles. It held my husbands weight ( 6’6 and 280 pounds) and several of the kids at the same time no problem . I recommend this for any family looking to add some water fun this summer! ... show more

This is our second summer with the slide, and it's awesome! I wanted to wait a season before writing a review. We regularly have four kids 6-14 on this together, for hours at a time, 4-5 days a week. It has held up great. Only tear is in the bottom, an L shape about an inch on each side. That's from us catching it on something in our garage. We set it up with a tarp under most of it. This thing has become the talk of the town and n our block. All the kids’ friends come ready in their swim suits and play on this thing for hours! We use it dry a lot b/c of the drought. It’s super fun with a tiny bit of water too, just enough to make the slide super slippery & to fill the side pool 2 or 3 inches. It’s lasted 6 weeks now with extremely heavy and rough use almost daily by a bunch of screaming big kids. I honestly thought it would have have torn or popped by now, but so far it has survived well. We had a cheaper water slide before this one that lasted about 6 months before tearing. It’s worth it to shell out the extra cash for the better quality. We’ll see. This is an awesome water slide! Inflates in seconds and has nice water features. My kids have a blast on it. However, for the steep price of $800, I don’t feel like it’s worth it. The bottom step to go up to the slides does not stay inflated nicely when it’s stepped on. On the second day, my 8 year old slid down the slide, into the side & the seam ripped apart. Repair patches and thread were included in the box so I’ll be sowing it back together. I expected wear and tear but not with it the first week of using it. ... show more

I emailed them regarding this tear and they said it wasn't covered. It wasn't even our fault. My kids were sliding on it one minute and the next it ripped and deflated. It ripped at the seams. Disappointed. Haven't even had it a year. Will never reccomend this company again.

This feels like it could be a 5-star purchase. The only problem is the hose that goes across the top has a really bad kink in it that we can't smooth out. This makes the water pressure pretty low and just not as much fun as it could be. Other than that we love this thing. It's sturdy and it's a great size. My 8-year-old is in the 99th percentile in height so we were worried it would be too small for him but it's a great size and super sturdy. I don't want to return the whole item because that's so wasteful and such a hassle. If we just get a replacement hose this is definitely a 5-star product ... show more

The media could not be loaded. 2nd time using with my son and some other friends and family. I’m about 185lbs and even with my son and 2 other small kids up top it doesn’t seem to have any issues staying firm. Takes not even 10 minutes roll out and blow up and about another 25 minutes to fill ip with water. Water pressure is strong on full blast for the water features.
