This item arrived in a package that was clearly opened. For someone who purchases extensions all the time, you can tell they were worn and returned and not just because the package was open. They were ordered straight and you could tell curl was styled into them, they smelled and and had lint in the wefts. They looked all disheveled and mousy. I returned them for a NEW set so we will see what I get back. Color was great though and shipping was fast. - I give them props because they responded and resolved this very quickly and sent me a brand new set & I LOVE THEM!! Really soft and great quality! I had ordered a replacement but the Amazon delivery person delivered them to the wrong house and I never got them. This merchant sent them to me personally and I appreciate a lot!

TIPS BELOW REVIEW REVIEW: i’ve been a loyal buyer of this brand’s micro extensions (which are amazing too BTW) for years so i finally gave the clip ins a try. they’re so pretty and just as good in quality! they’re easy to style, brush, and don’t tangle easily. i got the 24inch in the color #1, i dye my hair jet black and they’re a perfect match. i’ve dyed their other extensions in the past though and it’s taken well to dye if you want to go that route.they’re also the perfect fullness— not thin but not overwhelmingly thick to where they fall out— just right! try them!!!! TIPS: * make sure your hair is already brushed and styled before you apply * practice parting your hair exactly where you want these— trust me the process will be much easier when you get used to this part! * BIGGEST THING!! get a hair texture spray (i use the hairitage by mindy spray) and spray it directly on the parted hair. so say you sectioned off your hair to put in an extension, spray the spray on that section by your roots. wait a couple seconds til it’s not wet, and THEN apply. this helps a TON in getting the extensions to stay in, any clip ins need this tip !!! someone could fight you and these things wouldn’t come out!! * lightly brush or comb through your hair&extension hair once they’re all in. just enough of a brushing to smooth both hairs together * remember to CARE for your extensions. i see a lot of people getting extensions and treating them terribly then wondering why they tangle and mat. care for them the way you would your own hair! remember to brush them out with a detangler and use heat protectant!! * when washing them, just use your normal shampoo and conditioner. for a deep conditioning, i wash them fully then apply a hair mask to all the extensions, then put them all in a ziploc bag lol. leave them overnight or even longer, then rinse them out completely. they’re soooo soft after * bonus tip: if you need something to hang your extensions on to style and brush them— i literally just buy skirt or pants hangers and use the clips that come on them lol. you can even take off/put on clips on the hangers to adjust to your liking.

I ordered Auburn Brown hoping it would match my roots and not look weird. It ended up matching my ends perfectly instead and I couldn’t be happier. (My color is a red/brown/burgundy around level 4/5 and my ends are faded probably closer to a level 6 strawberry blonde.) I have pretty thin/sparse hair and it’s currently in a “Rachael” cut after my hair was destroyed from being blonde. I was worried this would not blend or you would be able to see the line of my real hair vs fake and due to the ends matching, you cannot tell. I went with 16” because I feel it looks most natural and is able to blend into my layers easily. (12” usually hits right at my shoulders and I tend to get 18” tangled.) The packages arrived in a small white box and I was worried it wouldn’t be enough hair. I used to glue in tracks back in the early 2000s and would usually require 1.5 packs of Yaki hair. I’d say this is closer to a full pack but definitely gets the job done. It’s silky and thick and hasn’t shed much. The clips are secured and will not budge and close and open easily. (If you have fine hair like I do tease some hair first before placing the clips.) I was worried my shorter bits (around neck/shoulder length) would pop out or be noticeable but they really weren’t (you can always braid the underside to avoid the baby/short hairs from showing and then clip it up to hide.) Over all I am really really happy with this purchase and will purchase again in the future when I decide to change up my hair. I just bought these so I will update after wearing them for awhile on how they hold up.

Really nice soft hair. But it seems a little thin for 120 grams of hair so that is disappointing. I have bought several extensions that are 120 grams that have more hair. I think they should still work though hopefully. UPDATE: so my husband upon looking at the hair realized it was missing two sections so that’s why it was so thin 😆 that’s what I get for not counting them. So I requested a replacement set hopefully they will have all the sections. But the hair after I washed them 3 times to make sure they curl good was still super soft and shiny and matched my hair. UPDATE AGAIN: all is well. Problem was fixed quickly. Got the new set and it was perfect.
