Got these for my wife because she was on a mission to find biker shorts that didn’t feel like a sausage casing or slide up her legs every five minutes. According to her (and she’s picky), these Sundwudu shorts are a win. She loves that they come in different lengths—8”, 5”, and 3”—so she can choose depending on the day. The longer ones are great for workouts, the mid-length are her go-to for errands, and the 3”... well, those come out when it’s 90 degrees or she’s feeling particularly confident. The high waist actually stays put (her words: “no rolling down like a busted can of biscuits”), and they’re soft but not see-through. She says they pass the squat test, the “sit on the floor with the kids” test, and the “run to the car in the rain” test. She’s already talking about getting another pack, which is the closest thing to a glowing review you're going to get from someone who usually hates how workout clothes fit. So yeah, five stars from her.

Absolutely LOVED these shorts!!! I ordered these for my recent Disney trip and they were absolutely amazing!!! The size was just as I expected, the fit gave me enough tightness for them not to feel baggy in the crotch but not so tight that I was left breathless. The pockets were an addition that I was okay with paying for bc they came in handy for my phone instead of putting it in my fanny pack. They were so comfortable and kept me from the inner thigh chafing!!! I have washed them once so far and they have not faded nor lost their shape. Will buy again if I need more!!! I bought these in a L-XL.

It doesn’t have pockets but that’s fine, good length to where your thighs won’t rub together. Comfortable, seems durable, and I did a test RUN (literally) and no roll up. So for the price, durability, and colors, I say get them! So worth it. May be see through? Not 1000% sure so maybe where darker undergarments.

A review from a true US 20 / 22 with the majority of my shape coming from my belly / butt and chunky stalky legs. I'm purposefully starting this review with my size / shape as I was SUPER confused by the sizing chart and by the mixed feedback in the reviews. I initially thought I would need to order a 3X or 4X based on my waist measurements and their size chart. However, Amazon flagged the 3X selection when I added it to the cart and strongly recommend that I order XXL instead. I'm glad I listened to their suggestion. The XXL is a perfect fit. I like my shorts fitted with stretch and that's what this size allows. They do not dig into my belly or legs. The only thing I would change is the length. I'm 5'6" and the only option was the 8" shorts. I typically like a 4 " or 5 ". These shorts go all the way to my knees which is longer than I typically like. However, I primarily purchased these to wear under dresses to help with chub rub / light belly support and may just cut the shorts. The material is soft / of decent quality and the high waist is a true high waist. I would not say these have any type of shaping ability or firm tummy control...so if that's what you are looking for maybe try another brand or a smaller size. These will not reshape your shape, but they will keep everything in the right place if that makes sense.

These shorts do run true to size and are very comfortable. I do have to agree with other reviewers that they are a bit thin and advise anyone who may be uncomfortable with this aspect to wear a longer shirt. Great for working out or just lounging. Good value for the price.
