I purchased a fitted sheet and tried it out for the first time last night. I'd be surprised if this sheet is 100% cotton. It's shiny, smooth, very, very light... and it sleeps as hot as lying in a lava pool. Living in south Florida, cotton is a must. It's the only fabric I use on the bed.. but this is the only sheet that has tried to incinerate me. UPDATE: I put my cotton fitted sheet back on the bed and last night was much, much cooler in my bed. I don't know the physical makeup of the Sunday Home sheets, but I can almost guarantee they're not 100% cotton. One more thing off to Salvation Army. I have GOT to stop shopping on Amazon! ... show more

Overall, quality sheets that do seem to be 400 thread count and have very few issues. See my tips at the bottom for sheets that will always look and feel their best. PROs: - The sheets come out of the dryer with very little wrinkling. - The pillowcases are smooth and lay flat. - After the first wash, the sheets are comfortable enough for sleeping on the first time. - These sheets fit my California King mattress and King size pillows. - Oeko Tex Certified means that these sheets do not contain harmful chemicals. CONs: - They claim that the fitted sheet fits a 15 inch thick mattress. My mattress is 14 inches and the sheets were tightly anchored on each corner. I don't think these sheets would securely stretch another inch on all sides. - As usual, because I have a thicker mattress, the flat sheet is not long enough to tuck in well. I can get a tiny tuck on each side, but I wish they would make flat sheets longer and wider. TIPs: - Wash sheets on cold and tumble dry on low in the dryer with a dryer sheet. If you do this once a week, the sheets will get even softer over time. Line drying will give you a more starched sheet and bleach out stains (some people prefer this). I do not recommend fabric softener in the wash cycle as this weakens the fibers over time. - Only wash sheets with other sheets for best results, especially if you put them in the dryer. - Wash pillowcases separately from the flat and fitted sheets. Otherwise, the pillow cases will find their way into the pockets and end up looking like a wrinkled mess when you take the sheets out of the dryer. - I do wash pillowcases with other towels and items that can be put on a low heat dryer setting (thus making the most of my wash cycles). It is easy to put on my mattress. There is actually a tag on one side that says “Long Side”. I have waited decades for a sheet that tells me how to put it on 100% of the time instead of 50% of the time! This fitted sheet is highly recommended.

Likely will continue to order all of our sheets from this source. Suggest having two bottom sheets in a set. IMO will greatly extend the use of the set. Something like having two pair of pants wth a suit.

We found this sheet, and it looks god, and is comfortable, and not too expensive. We don’t use synthetic sheets, like microfiber, as they are too hot, and this one is cool , and nice to sleep on.
