This machine works perfectly. I was able to wash my clothes and they came out super clean. The spinner is amazing! I was going to do a return on it until I figured out it has to sit a little high to drain. Once I figured that out I canceled my return and very happy with the product. I would gladly purchase again for my friends and family.

The media could not be loaded. The package itself is very light and there’s really no set up, just plug it in and it’s ready. It’s more labor intensive than if you’re used to doing laundry with a regular machine or at a laundry mat. I ended up carrying 2.5 buckets (18ltrs total) of water 💪🏼 Since I don’t have a drainage hole, I lifted the machine to get the last bit of water out of the hose, but the machine is very light, so it wasn’t difficult, just wasn’t expecting it. There’s a little more lint than with regular washers, so I might get a lint catcher. Right now, I shake the lint off before I hang and have to wipe down the inside of the machine from lint and debris. I didn’t realize how much dirt I had on my clothes 😳 so it seems to clean really well. It also dries really well. Maybe even better than the spin cycles of regular washers??? I think it will work if I do a load 2-3x a week. The whole process took me maybe…40 minutes? I think I will do the other half of what I had in the apartment machines, but only because I need to get work started and it’s not exactly a leave it and go process. If I keep up with doing my laundry, the loads should be small enough that it won’t need more than one load, I think. I’ll update with a process video and how it works with bedding and towels soon, but so far, I like it!

So far so good. I thought it was bigger than this .You can't dry winter coats in the spinner it's to small. I will get a bigger machine the next. This is good to use for small loads of clothes. I would recommend to buy.

I have square faucets so The hose won't connect. As of now I pour water in and It works great!
