The first shipment we received had a duplicate/missing part, so we were unable to assemble, but the seller responded promptly to our email and shipped another box which was correctly packed with all parts. (Fortunately, we did not have to return ship the 50 lb. defective item!) Understandably, these rare errors can occur when shipper and manufacturer are two separate entities, and customer service was quick to resolve! Overall the cabinet is well machined, easy to assemble and very sturdy. Good value.

I got these metal cabinets to put in my art studio. I wanted something that would hold a lot of supplies, but I could also use the top of it. I like the height it’s 36 inches in. It is easy to work at because of the height. I’m very happy with these. It wasn’t that easy to put together though.

This is a great cabinet. I ordered the ivory, the package said "gray" and I prepared to be disappointed. Turns out their gray is my ivory. Parts: 3 nuts, 1 bolt--see anything wrong with that picture? Fortunately that was the only problem with parts and I had a bolt and nut to do the job. Assembly is reasonably easy if you take your time and study the pictures. I was going to hire my teenage grandson for the assembly, but thought I would start it--and then just kept going until it was finished. As an aside, this cabinet was VERY well packaged--lots of styrofoam and even metal plates on the box ends. Impressive. Now that I'm using it I can say it is very functional and very sturdy. It's a welcome addition to my studio.

Overall happy with the product. I felt the directions for putting it together could have been clearer. There was a video that I referenced a few times, but I prefer to follow paper directions. It took an hour or so, so it wasn’t terrible, but a little frustrating when you misunderstand a step or it’s not super clear in the picture. The size is great and fit well in the space I had for it. It opens and closes well, and I like the lock features!

I have 4 total. I put the back to back 2 on each side. all unassembled and first was a little confusing. once I got through that, it put the other 3 together in allot less time. I do with they had handles with the lock so I can store the keys, but each one I put a football team ket ring depicting each of the teams my family is following. pretty sturdy as well. I'm using the bottom shelf in one of them to store 15 cast iron skillets of different sizes and the shelf is not sagging at all.

These were surprisingly awesome. I had mixed expectations because people had a few critiques of these and other metal storage cabinets, but I can say with confidence that these were pretty good quality and have been pretty durable so far. There were a few bent corners or flaps, but nothing that couldn't be straightened out with a pair of pliers. It wasn't that hard to assemble; I did it by myself in about twenty minutes. I appreciate both the size and quality of the shelves, they have good weight distribution and capacity per shelving unit, handle repeated opening and closing, and the locking mechanism is solid. I particularly like the finish and size of this particular shelving unit. I have them in the garage and they get plenty of use with gardening supplies, tools, cleaning supplies, and other storage needs. Delivery was fast and easy, even though it was through a 3rd party shipper.

I wanted to get some metal cabinets to replace plastic shelves in my garage. Had I known how difficult these would be to put together, I certainly wouldn’t have ordered it. But, no, I ordered 2. I just finished putting #1 together. Here’s what I found on this cabinet I received: 1. Poor machining. Screw holes too tight and some are misaligned. 2. I had one screw hole missing altogether. Had to drill it. 3. Door rods sent are missing the cotter pins to secure them so they don’t disconnect and fall off. Had to fashion some out of a paper clip until I can get some proper ones to install. 4. The plastic pieces to hold the rod ends to the top and bottom of the door wouldn’t fit into the holes in the metal doors (again, not machined properly). Had to drill the holes to widen them so I could get the plastic pieces to fit. 5. Piss poor instructions to install the door handle in the booklet! I even watched the video suggested on the front of the instruction booklet. Whoever edited the video totally skipped the door handle installation part. So, I had to figure it out from the poor quality computer drawn “photo” in the booklet. Finally managed to figure it out, but took a while. 6. Quality is okay for the price, hence my giving it 2 stars. There was some bent areas that I wouldn’t attribute to shipping damage. The areas bent had to have happened at the factory due to the location of the damage. They weren’t so great that it caused issues with the integrity or stability of the cabinet, however. I did notice some rust in the seam on one of the shelves where the powder coat didn’t cover. I’m just going to seal it to keep it from being exposed to the air and, hopefully, it won’t get any worse. Moving on to cabinet #2! I hope to not need to use as many expletives while putting it together like I did during #1. I’ll post a review of that assembly once completed.
