  • Steal of a deal
Color: Mineral Size: 100" x 84"
These are suede texture, not cheap material. Crafted well. We needed an unorthodox way to cover our new sliding glass door. These worked perfect, and they are definitely black out when closed. $34 for two, and the color was perfect for our decor. Thicker than the set we sent back. They fit the 84" space perfectly. ... show more

  • Beautiful
Color: Teal Size: 40" x 95"
The color is gorgeous! Medium thickness. I'm using as room dividers/privacy curtains and definitely helped with keeping light out of the room. They wash really well too!

  • Great Value
Color: Taupe Size: 100" x 84"
I ordered four of these 100" panels for a triple patio door. They did have some wrinkles after hanging for a few days, they are mostly gone. I was very impressed with the quality of the material and the stitching was all even. They definitely darken the room without having a black on the back. The color on Amazon was the color that arrived. I am very happy with these lovely and affordable drapes. ... show more

  • Nice but not total blackout
Color: Charcoal Size: 40" x 84"
These curtains are very nice quality for such a low price but they are not exactly blackout curtains. As you can see, the sun is coming through the CLOSED blinds behind the curtains! I am not usually in bed at any time that there is daylight so that is not a problem for me. I bought them to block a neighbor’s motion censored light that goes on every few seconds all night long and shines into our bedroom window and these seem to work well. ... show more

  • Keeps room dark. Needs a good steam but works well
Color: Pearl Size: 40" x 84"
Having the one panel option is great! This is not 100% black out but does the job and keeps the bedroom (where I have it) dark enough. Needs a good steam but that makes sense because it came shipped all folded and it is not a big deal.

  • Does what it's supposed to.
Color: Charcoal Size: 40" x 84"
These curtains block out the sunlight very well. It also helps to keep the to room a little cooler. Great curtains and great value.

  • Good product! Make sure you buy (2) 100" panels for a 100" window!
Color: Navy Blue Size: 100" x 84"
These curtains are excellent. They block out about 98% of the direct sunlight. Any "leakage" is from the light which passes around the gaps of the curtains in the corner of the window, or from the light which finds its way through the grommets. If you place the support brackets wide and high enough on your wall, you can minimize light leakage from the outside. My window is 120" wide, so I went with the helpfule comments from other customers and allowed 6" inches extra on either side of the window frame. When the curtains are pulled across the entire window frame, almost all the light is blocked, Also, another helpful hint: hang the curtains higher than the window frame by several inches to cover the light at the top of the window frame. This means the curtains may be several inches above the carpet at the bottom, but this does not look strange or bad at all. The curtains arrived in excellent condition, and hang naturally with pleats. There were wrinkles in one panel, but those have disappeared after two days and some humidity from my shower! I had the navy blue color, because the cardinal red were unavailable. The blue is dark, and looks great with my tan carpet and solid brown furniture and white walls. I bought two 100" panels for the 10 foot wide window. This is a perfect estimation of coverage. The curtains have the plastic wand to open and shut the panels with ease. A 100" panel does not cover a 100" window. You need to buy two panels because of the pleats and the coverage lost from the grommets and folds. Remember! "Measure twice, drill once! " In my apartment walls the holes I drilled were conspicuous. Make sure you have the right measurements before you drill;the holes are hard to cover up if you make a mistake. Thank you to all the Amazon customers who responded to my questions for measuring and installation assistance. ... show more

  • Not lined, good blackout/thermal curtains.
Color: Red Size: 100" x 84"
These are not lined in white so from the outside, the color of the curtain is what you see. I'll have to put up sheers or something so it doesn't look like a colored sheet from the street. Other than that, they were nice, hung well and looked good from the inside. the lack of a white lining is enough for me to mark them down, as typically blackout and thermal curtains have a white liner so that they look uniform from outside. My house faces South, so I hung them to check out how they looked, and due to a sunny day, most of the wrinkles have gone out. I'll still hit it with my steamer, but it was only wrinkled where it was folded, and the fabric doesn't seem to hold on to wrinkles a whole lot. The grommets were one sided, but that's really being picky at this price point. The red color is RED Brighter than the picture depicts. They also do a pretty good job blocking light and their thermal effectiveness is pretty good. I ordered 2X the width I needed (I have about a 90 inch wide space, so I ordered two 102 inch curtains) and they lay perfectly. The 'wand' is also interchangeable so that you can put it on either side of the curtain, which is nice. I also bought a set in Mineral (the slatey blue) and love them! They really darken the room (Moreso than the red) and the color is almost a neutral blue, if that makes sense. These are in my bedroom that also has blinds, so the lack of lining wasn't as much of a concern. They lie very flowy, without a whole lot of structure/body, but the fabric is stiff enough so that there arent' any bows in between the grommets. Adding sheers will give the curtains a little more body, so besides giving the outside a little more uniform appearance, you will have a more finished look for your window with sheers. The grommets were very large, and would accomodate most curtain rods (even a shower curtain rod; they're big!) ... show more
