I bought this to hide storage space in my closet. The material is good quality and thick. It was very hard to get wrinkles out. I had to iron twice with steam and even then some wrinkles would not release. It looks good and most people won't be going in my closet so it's okay.

I don't normally purchase from Amazon, but I got these because they were the only 96 inch long curtain panels that didn't cost me my first-born child. I got four panels. Comparing the four, some of them are not exactly the same length, but it's not very noticeable. They do a great job at blacking out light and they are soft to the touch (although they collect cat hair like no other). I know these are considered "thermal" and maybe they do keep out some cold, but honestly, I don't notice a difference. We have a set of windows/glass sliding doors that are 93 inches tall by 105 inches wide though, so perhaps that's the issue. These are pretty lightweight, however, so they don't stay close to the window if a fan is running. I would recommend sewing some heavy magnets or something into the bottom. I'm giving them four out of five stars because I wish they were thicker. BUT for the price of these bad boys, they are better than expected! So after reading MANY reviews on these blackout curtains I think people have unrealistic expectations. Were they wrinkled? YES. Did they iron out easily? YES! Did they smell like chemicals? NO! Do they blackout the room? YES! Are they the top rated Sun Zero curtains "number 4" that also are thermal blocker/noise reduction? NO. they are 1 step lower "number 3" We purchased the white ones, and they are a true white? YES. We are very pleased with this product and would highly recommend them, but IF YOU THINK THEY WILL LOOK LIKE THE IRONED FOR THE PHOTO LOOK OUT OF THE BOX YOUR CRAZY! That's what staging does, makes it look like it will if your able to read the tag, and own an iron. ... show more

I love my blackout curtains, they totally black out the sun as you can see by the photo. They were very wrinkled and took some time to iron them out. I will be purchasing another set soon.
