These curtains look and work amazing. We live in Arizona!! We must have a window covering on our east facing windows otherwise our house would get hot very quickly. These curtains are an in expensive way to prevent sun and heat coming thru the window, which would also cause higher electric bills, because the AC would run more often. The white curtains are a bit off white, which would be fine if my walls weren’t pure white. To me they look like they have a layer of dust on them and I was really going for pure white. The material is thinner than some other black out / thermal curtains I own. That was slightly expected for the price. These are a lighter weight sun blocking curtain. The color is attractive and the fabric seems to be a nice quality. They are well made and do an adequate job of keeping out the heat of the summer sun. The price point is great and they look attractive when hanging. I am giving these five stars as you get what you pay for. The price is extremely cheap. There is one panel, not two. The charcoal color completely block out light which is what I was looking for. But If you swipe through their images there is one that says blocks some light. The feel and light filtering may depend on the color and pattern you purchase. I live right outside of Chicago and my goal was to block the cold. These do just that. The fabric is not a soft fabric, it's not plastic, it is in between. The point is it works to block the elements. Style wise they are not bad even with the smaller rod. Ignore the puzzles and games in the picture as the room is being redone.
