    • Not quite as expected from Sun Mountain
I bought this cart new elsewhere, but my feelings about it are like some others expressed here. After using a Sun Mountain Speed Cart for years, I really expected better. This cart's biggest problem is that it's poorly balanced, with too much mass to the rear. If the cart is completely empty, meaning absolutely nothing in its handle-side storage compartment, and nothing in the nylon bag below the handles, its wheels will all stay on the ground. But if there is anything heavier than a dry golf glove or a scorecard and pencil in the compartment or the bag, the otherwise empty cart tips onto its backside. As a a result, if I keep even one ball in the storage space or bag, the only way to load a bag onto the cart is to unfold it past a normal position, with the handles pointing to the sky, then put the bag onto it, then move the handles down where the rear part of the frame won't obstruct access to the clubs. For the same reason, even with bag and clubs loaded, I can't park the cart on a hillside unless the front wheel is pointed downhill. It will tip over if the rear wheels are just an inch or two lower than the front one. I have what I guess is a bad habit of allowing my cart to coast by itself on downhill fairways, but with this cart, letting go of the handles is a gamble. If there is just a slight change to upward grade while the cart is in forward motion (if a rear wheel just encounters a fallen pine cone) the entire cart tips over and clubs spill out of the bag. A lesser issue is that the wheel bearings on this cart are not as smooth as those of the old Speed Carts with pneumatic tires. The difference is not tremendous, but it's definitely noticeable after 18 holes. ... show more

    • Great push cart, easy open and close
I really like this push cart. It’s easy to open and close. It doesn’t feel too big (Bag Boy Nitro was so big) and the push is easy and smooth. I like the ample storage and expandable cup holder. My bag (Sun Mountain Sierra cart bag) fits great. Haven’t used the umbrella holder yet but it has attachments on both sides. ... show more
