UPDATE 3/20/26 Absolute scam. I had to ship the item for the return since the seller did not provide a prepaid label, after Amazon requested them to provide one. Via USPS, the item was supposed to be delivered today. USPS notified me that the item is being returned to sender since the address is not correct. After searching for the address provided on the return label (not prepaid), I found that the address belongs to a donation center and not related to SumUp. I requested a refund from Amazon. DO NOT TRUST THEM. March 2026 We chose to go with SumUp and purchased the Terminal to use due to their cheaper rates (no mo that fee and lower usage fee) as well as the cellular data capability. Unfortunately, the customer service and due diligence process to setup a new account seemed kind of sketchy and ultimately not comforting for a business operation. We understood the company was based out of the United Kingdom. You are unable to connect directly with customer support; instead you submit your question via their chat function and someone responds back to that ticket, with no live chat or phone call option. We inquired 2 weeks after we submitted bank account information on what was still taking so long. They responded back saying they were waiting on us to submit information from a February email, that was never received on our end. They forwarded us an email they said they initially sent, which we confirmed we never received (checked junk box as well). The email requested to submit personal identification information either via email response or through their dashboard. Given some other reviews, we opted to not continue with SumUp since they seemed unreliable and also not giving g the safety/secure vibes compared to other known brands. Love the sumup service..have the solo but this terminal is junk...got 2 of then and neither one have working mobile data...the solo is amazing except for trap battery life...this one great battery life just no mobile data...even tried my own personal Sim card and same thing
