I bought and returned a different style torque wrench twice prior to this one... I won't reveal the brand, but they were shaped like a screwdriver. They did not "click", but instead "slipped". The slip when their torque was reached felt exactly like the tip had cammed out of the screw, so after each use I was left wondering if the driver tip had actually cammed out of the screw, or if it only "felt like" it did. There was no reliable way to answer that question, so I sent those wrenches back and bought this one. I really like this one. The display is small but the wrench is super easy to use. The torque reached remains displayed until you reset it. You can stop and double check if you want, and go a little more if necessary. Accuracy, good. Feel, good. Display, could be better and bigger. Seems like a good tool UPDATE, UPDATE!!! On the second time using this tool, discovered it's total junk. You would have to have 2010 vision to read the tiny numbers on the digital readout. After many tries could not erase the set torque. Followed the instructions, even removed the battery. No luck. When I did try to use it I found that it was way off and I was overtightening the bolts on my valve cover gasket. If I had kept using it I may have stripped out the threads in my aluminum block!!! Just total junk, dont waste your money ... show more

Hard to read display a little small. There were 2 led lights that I have know idea what they do. The buzzer just lets you know you turned it on ?

Nice torque wrench. Much more precise than a click type torque wrench. Nice case and accessories. The display is small and a little difficult to read, but not terrible.

I purchased this product on April 30th 2020, finally got around to using in June, I used the tool 10 times on small torque jobs, nothing over 25 inch lbs. I went to use it again to torque a part, and the tool quit working and put up an error 3 code. There is no documentation about what the issue is, and how to clear it. I have changed the battery and went through steps to clear the issue. From what I see the tool is broke, and is non responsive. The bad part is I paid $189 dollars for this tool, and now it is $125. There is no documentation for support for this tool when it goes into an error. The bad thing about Amazon is there is no one that can be held accountable for pushing expensive poor products on consumers, there is no one that you can you look in the eye when you hand over your hard earned money for a product. Loosing faith in having Blind Faith in purchasing products on Amazon. ... show more
