I ordered this and was delivered went to use it and there was no cord. New stove and no way to plug in. After paying and electrician for parts and labor because this company washed there hands of it. Find out front big burner wasn't functioning correctly. Tried calling the help line. Kept going to a fax machine. No response to resolve. Be very caution of this company. ... show more

If they could use tin foil i would suppose they would. I doubt this stove will last as its materials or so thin that in shipping it had dents on a few corners and a hole through one side where it was punctured by a pry bar. The feet were hanging off and only attached with 1'8 sheet metal screws that had torn off. NO surprise as its skin is the thinnest metal I have ever seen. Half as sturdy as ones we bought years ago. NOT worth the money at all. It is a 300 dollar stove at best. ... show more
