Once my little one began sitting up at 5 months old there was no way they were going to lay back to get bathed again. This seat is a good compromise because they get to sit up but I don’t have to worry about them falling over and hitting their head on the sides of the tub. The section cups are very powerful though the one that attaches to the back of tub is completely unnecessary imo. The side suction cups holds the seat in place especially when you have an active baby like mine. Absolutely love this seat for the bath!! It works perfectly, is safe and secure if installed properly. Easy to remove from tub while not in use. I wish I would’ve purchased the option with the tray bc she loves this so much she wants to sit in the bath to play and has to lean over to play with her toys. If I had purchased the tray she could’ve played on that. So much better and easier than any other bath device. Baby does need to be sitting up but other than that this is great. I’m now going to purchase for new moms bc I know how great it is. We will get a lot of use as well bc baby can grow into it. ... show more

Little hard to get baby in and out of the seat and almost impossible to wash baby’s butt. Otherwise it works as designed, keeps baby safely upright when they’re not quite strong enough to sit for long periods or safely with a sibling.

My little one was getting too big for the sink and I needed something for the bathtub that would free up my hands a bit. This seat attaches very easily to the walls and is easy to take out. My 9 month old sits up well on her own so she didn’t need me for support when sitting. There’s a lot of room in the seat but not so much that she slips down easily. Bought for my 6 month old (17 pounds) because she no longer fit in the reclined angel baby tub. Easy and quick to install, fits perfectly in our tub. Very sturdy and does not slip once in place. This seat is unlike most other seats on Amazon because it is closed on all sides and baby won't fall over. Great for younger babies who have just learned to sit up independently but are still a little unsteady. My baby loved this seat from the moment we put her in it! She loves having free use of her hands, being able to look around and lean on the front bar when she's reaching for toys or splashing in the water. I purchased the seat for my 5 month old daughter who loves bath time. The tub we used prior seemed a little too small as she was struggling to sit comfortably and play with her toys. This bath seat is still a little big for her but overall she seems to love it. She has plenty of room to splash and play. Although I wish the back rest of the seat was padded or the seat portion was slip resistant.
