I was hesitant to buy this because of the negative reviews but I’m glad I ignored them! I got it a few days ago, used it once and it worked great. Went to use it lastnight and none of the buttons worked. Nothing would turn on. Today I was playing with it and when I was unscrewing one of the screws everything turned on. So if it’s not working for you, the screws may be too tight! Try to loosen them and it should help it turn back on! ... show more

The hose to the sprayer and the hose to the pump for the sprayer were both kinked .. it worked for a few days and now just doesn't work at all unless you pinch the hose in the opposite way to Unkink it. The tub it's really nice just they could have don't a way better job with the hose and the hole contraption for the sprayer.. there isn't enough hose length to put it together and if you pull on the sprayer to hard the pump comes out of the bucket and it's hard to push it back in. ... show more

I initially purchased this for my infant granddaughter and she LOVES it!!! But I just want to add that I used the removable shower wand at my 90 year fathers bedside and was able to give him a "shower" in bed which he LOVED!!!
