I can't believe i wasn't aware of these and how great they are until recently. Had this for a couple weeks now and it is just an amazing product. All my loud tube amps sound great plugged into this and can play/hear them through my (studio quality) monitors off my audio interface/PC. Love that you can control the signal and you have two outputs 1 using the Suhr IR (which sound amazing) and another with an unfiltered signal. I can use this in my DAW and play in stereo, setting up the unfiltered signal with the IR and EQ of my choosing. Definitely worth it. Nothing replaces that feeling when jamming through a cranked Marshall, but this lets you enjoy it at a respectful level for those times you just are not able to crank it up, and records very well. ... show more

There’s nothing like the sizzle of using your tube amp at full blast, but that is rarely attainable. I use the Suhr reactive load for recording (the built in IR’s are excellent) and for re-amping using the direct signal into the effects loop of a JCM900. I've had this for 3 months or so and it's a real great tool. First reactive load/ir for me...but the cabinets all sound great and every guitar has sounded great through it. I only have a DSL so I haven't sampled many amps with it. I've played through headphones a bunch but primarily run it into a focusrite for quiet recording. ... show more
