I am a review reader and almost passed on this wonderful product because it only had 3.9 stars. This fake scalp tape works beautifully! Yes, it does show through a little shiny but add some powder if that bothers you (it doesn’t bother me at all). I installed this on 4 units so far and still have plenty of tape left on the roll. Some say it doesn’t stick well or it rolls but I had neither of those problems with any of my four units. I pressed it on really firmly and have had no trouble at all. Love it! ... show more

It does constantly roll up and does not stick well. It does hide the grids very well and looks like a natural scalp. Would be perfect if it actually stuck to the lace.

This works really well for hiding your hair under the wig and making it appear as your actual scalp.. if you're like me and do not like to wear the wig caps underneath. It does not however, make the knots disappear.. which I never expected it to do that. But, if that's what you're looking for, you will probably be disappointed. I have since discovered a brand and type of wig that does not require the need for this or gluing down, because it looks realistic as is... But the only issue I really had with this tape, is it does not stick very well at all. If I'm not wearing the wig it wants to fall off and bunch up a lot.. And when trying to put the wig on I had to fight to keep it from falling/moving around. Once on my head it was fine. 😊 ... show more

I never heard of this product before a girlfriend told me about it and it definitely helps the part line not to look so fake. It's very sticky and holds up well I have it on a few of my wigs. I included the before and after picture.
