  • Guru and Elite are both amazing
The media could not be loaded. Guru and Elite are both nice but the mesh material is the way to go. I am returning my regular fabric one for mesh. Back support is AMAZING and I will be buying both sizes!!!

  • Great chair... for a while.
So liked this chair so much that I bought two of them. It is a comfortable chair, and the back support is exactly what I needed, as I have a bad back. Put my following comments into perspective... I weigh 210 lbs. I'm not light; but I'm not too heavy either. I started noticing after a few months of intermittent use that the arms were getting wiggly. I thought, well, maybe I don't have it on perfectly level ground; so I would adjust the chair very specifically to maximize equal footing on all legs. I made sure that the chair was fully expanded before sitting down so that any slop in the handle wouldn't be because of slack in the chair. But I discovered that BOTH of my chairs are breaking. The metal piece that holds the arm rest to the frame is made out VERY thin metal, and it has seriously bent. Also, the flimsy metal piece is only held in by a thin aluminum rivet, and the rivet is coming out. I am no longer using these chairs because I am afraid that one of these days I the whole thing will collapse on me while getting up or setting down. I think they have a few more outings left in them so I have not thrown them away; but I am extremely disappointed. ... show more

  • Good back support but not perfect
I have been looking for a solid folding camping chair with good lumbar support for a while. I tried a few chairs to replace my old Ozark Trail one. The Amzonbasics XL padded was nice but had no support in the lumbar area; the Ovina PT-XL was very nice and solid but no lumbar support either. And finally I tried this one but the price was what had kept me away. It has a good lumbar support but... I am 5'7" and the back of the chair could be a notch higher (~2") it would not hurt. The built is pretty light for such an expensive chair, and the legs are uneven. I am <160 lb and feel OK once I am in it, but I would not recommend it for someone over 200 lb. I am keeping it for now and will be using it a lot this season, thus will see if it lasts. ... show more

  • Comfortable
In short it’s a good chair- comfortable. Look - I sit a lot in these types of chairs. I have 4 boys in baseball and sit all weekend watching baseball. Until I can’t. I can’t sit in those cheap chairs that have a sling back and bottom and walk come Monday so I did my research for a chair that would support my back and hips and this chair came up in the search so I bought it. I have sat through two weekends of tournaments in this chair and have not had issue with my back come Monday . It’s good support ,it’s comfortable sitting in for a long period of time. I don’t know if the bag will stand up bc it’s difficult getting it into the carry bag. It would be better if it had a locking clip closure and a carry strap. It is sorta heavy. I can’t report on durability yet but the bag is really thin. ... show more

  • Difficult to like.
Love this chair for the sturdy and superior construction. Dislikes however out weigh the likes. Arm rest fall continually. The front leg feet keep flipping up and the chair is very low to the ground. I purchased for the back support...it is as promised. But as a back pain sufferer you should avoid this hard to get up from chair. I hope it’s front feet do not break but that is a problem we will address as needed. Also, it does not stand alone when folded it falls to the ground. ... show more

  • Really Comfortable with Excellent Support
Not cheap but you get what you pay for. This is not the usual cheap uncomfortable " lawn chairs" which is the norm out there. The posture and lumbar back support is excellent. To try them out here in winter, we sat in them all evening watching TV in the family room for several nights in a row. Result- best folding chair on the market. We both have lower back problems and can sit in this chair for hours in comfort. ... show more

  • Solid, supportive chair
I bought this chair after spending a camping trip with back pain. Tested it outside during quarantine, and I think it’s a nice, supportive chair. The legs are thicker than most travel chars, and overall it feels very strong. My only complaint is that unlike other travel chairs, the front and back legs are different lengths, so when the chair is folded, it won’t stand up. Not a deal killer, but something you might want to be aware of before buying. ... show more

  • Way too narrow
Uncomfortable. Look very closely at the armrests, cup holders and the bar that holds up the armrests. They are very narrow and dig into my outer thighs, leaving bruises. The armrests are crappy (just wobbly canvas instead of a sturdy padded armrest like the larger sized chair). The only good thing about this chair is the height. Do not waste your money on this. Buy a cheaper chair. ... show more
