Perfect fit for an almost 1 years old walker. He wore them for 3 hours the first day, with no socks. As his first shoes, I expected some discomfort and redness but there was none. He got used to them very quickly and they didn't slow him down at all.

We’ve had these for probably five months now and they’re my 1.5yo son’s go-to shoe for playing outside, errands, really everything day-to-day other than sandal and dress shoe occasions. He runs, kicks, climbs, plays in the sandbox, you name it. They have held up SO well. They still look almost new. No issues with the stitching, Velcro, rubber soles. I like these shoes so much for my 2.5 yr old that I've purchased them twice. They're super cute and they go with EVERYTHING. They're leather, so they're great for walking around on our wet Seattle streets. The soles are extremely flexible and the shoe is wide so I feel that they are perfect for my son's developing feet. My only complaint would be that I wish they were a little bit wider. My son has ridiculously fat feet, and even though I get the XW, we're still at the end of the velcro when I sinch them down on his feet. I also wish they made them in larger sizes because I don't want to switch him to regular, hard- soled shoes. - Anyway, I highly recommend these and all of the other Soft Motion shoes. We've had a ton of them over the past year and a half. Beautiful shoes! I just got these for my 17 month old who is now running. I hesitated because of the price but I’m happy I bought them. He wears a 5 in the all white Stride Rites so I got him the 5.5 and it fits great with a little room. Real leather but light weight.

Great for 21 month old I chose the brown color but I got the green ans blue color decided to keep since we needed them asap. Have great grip for a active boy and are soo flexible to put on.

Amazing shoes. Just wish they were a bit cheaper, but I understand quality doesn’t take into account toddler growth rates. My kiddo was in them for barely a month when suddenly they didn’t fit anymore. I won’t be buying these again until the growing plateaus a bit.
