I've been very happy with this portable washing machine. It’s compact enough to fit in a small apartment, yet it has enough capacity to handle several days’ worth of clothes at a time. Received yesterday and have run 2 small loads and am very pleased. Powerful wash and spinning actions get the job done. I will do smallish loads only because I like to see the items moving freely in the water and know they are clean and rinsed well. For a load containing 2 large bath towels and 6-7 hand towels I decided to transfer to the spin side briefly after the wash and drain just to remove more soapy water before the rinse. I also used the water inlet on the spin ride and like that feature to almost do a second rinse. I need to figure out the best access to water. I tried the sink + hose fill and that is slow, and so I filled manually with a 5 gallon container and water from the tub- my back won’t last long doibg that. I also need to research how hot the water can be and not damage the inner workings of machine. I like to use very hot water for bed linens, kitchen towels etc and my hot water heater is set to 130+ but I’m afraid of damage. This unit really is all plastic like a toy and with old-time timers, nothing electronic, Speaking of plastic it is all pretty flimsy, I guess that keeps the unit so light. I have a poorly engineered lid on the washer side, with one of the hinges not engaged. I have tried a bit to tweak it into place but am afraid of cracking the entire lid. Will just live with it- I won’t return for that nor will I downrate frôm 5 stars. It’s a terrific product for the price.

Just went to use my new washer for the first time. It turns on but the agitator does not spin. I hear the motor but nothing happens. Now I’m 62 years old. I can just chuck it in my car and take it to be returned. Now I’m out $200 with no recourse. I would have given zero stars if I could have. Guess I’m screwed. DO NOT BUY!!!!!👏😡 Good: they sent me a replacement and had the broken one picked up. BAD: after using for 3 months, it too has stopped working. Same issue-motor runs but the agitator does not move. It’s like it’s seized up. I’m over this. Contacting the seller and getting my money back. I’m not willing to see if the third time is the charm. The seller, Amazon, is refusing to allow me to return this piece of junk because it's past the return cut-off date. I guess it doesn't matter that it only worked for 3 months. So basically, I rented it for around $66/month. Unacceptable. No, I didn't purchase the warranty, I never do for anything and have never had an issue. But nothing changes the fact that it should have lasted longer than 3 months. A basic included warranty will normally be for longer and I will look further into that aspect. Amazon just doesn't want to deal with it again even though none of these issues were my fault. Just a frustrating, disappointing situation all the way around. Maybe next time I'll purchase directly from the store, Costway, that sold it to Amazon and Amazon can shove it. UPDATE: just chatted with Amazon about this issue. Long story short, they are giving me a full refund and I don’t have to return the defective machine. It is so refreshing to see a company stand behind their products and treat their customers right. Still not going to buy the machine again ;).

WoW this is amazing. My second one after the first one was used into the ground. A great necessarily washer that gets your cloths clean and all you need is to dry them on a line or in a small dryer. For small spaces this is a must have. Fills qu8ck and mixes the cloths around to get them clean. The spinner is fast be careful it will rip a limb off. The size and weight is easy for economic and everything daily life through your day may need. Get this one. For sure. Especially if you need a new washer and have no pressure water.

My main washer broke down and will take a month to get warranty service, so I needed something quick to hold us over. This thing actually works very well! But you do have to kind of baby sit it while it's cycling. Like other reviewers, I've opted to use my hand shower to fill it up rather than use the included hoses. The hoses seem a little flimsy, but filling it with the hand shower does the job. The agitator is super strong. The machine does not have a rinse cycle, so I would wash a load with detergent, drain, then wash it again with just water and no detergent. The spin compartment has incredible power, only needs to spin for like 2 minutes, but it only holds about half of the load that will fit in the wash cycle, so you have to run it twice. And make sure you put the clothes in the spin compartment evenly or the machine bounces all other the place. This was a great affordable solution for me. I've done about 15 loads and still dig it. But you do have to babysit it through the cycles.

I only bought this washer to wash my dogs pee pads and diapers and it does the job fantastically. The inlet hose is not functional, but it’s not a big deal. I’m sure you can buy another hose for 10 bucks for it if you choose to hook it up to your Faucet. I put it in my spare bathroom so i can put the drain hose in the tub, this was most convenient for me. I was gonna put it in the yard but then i wont have hot water from my yard hose. Its a spacious washer, it doesn’t have a rinse option so after draining i put cold water in and wash another 2-3 min, you can repeat this part as many times as u like! Then i put all three 34x34 dog pads into the spinner and its powerful and works very well, you have to put the included spin cover inside on top of your items and fill it tightly and push it down as much as possible for it to work properly! And trust me it works very well! When it’s spinning correctly, it should sound smooth and not banging inside and the washer shouldn’t be moving. If it does, you don’t have the spinner filled properly. This spinner is better than a regular washer! Wow! It shows you also in the instruction book. I filled it with my showerhead, you don’t have to stand there to fill it. You just put your showerhead in there and close the lid until it fills it up. I have a pretty powerful showerhead so it doesn’t take long at all. You don’t have to fill it full depending on how many items you’re washing. Also in the instruction book. I’m pretty impressed. It’s perfect for what I needed, I highly recommend this product It’s very easy to use, and it already comes in one piece straight out of the box! I love this washer and it looks cute! I hope it ll last a long time. Thank you to the manufacturer very cool and convenient, awesome 👍🏻👍🏻

I honestly love this machine. I live in an apartment with no washer, and I needed something to wash my small stuff everyday including my work clothes. This thing works great, it’s powerful and the spin dryer works very well too. My only tip is to press down the wet clothes in the spinner (basically helping get some water out) before turning it on or it will be thumping. But other than that it really is a good investment

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It had a larger capacity than other apartment sized washers on the market. I am washing for 2 people so the extra size was needed. Ease of use: The buttons are very easy to use and the instructions were simple enough to follow. Doing my first load was easy enough to get the hang of. After using the washer for about a month, this is the method I found to be most effective for using this washer: I leave my washer inside the shower and place my extendable shower head into the wash bin to fill it up with water. I plug the drain hose directly into the drain inside my shower so the water goes straight to the sump pump. I leave the washer on drain while the spin cycle is going so all the excess water is able to flow out. The spin cycle is pretty good and gets my clothes almost dry. 2 - 5 mins in the spin cycle is more than sufficient for most clothing. I leave the clothes out to dry overnight but that really isn’t necessary. Most clothes don’t even need half that amount of time before they are completely dry but it depends on the fabric type. You won’t be washing heavyweight items like thick denim or heavy comforters in this washer but for most of our everyday needs this washer has been super helpful. If your spin cycle is making a loud banging noise, try leveling the clothes inside and gently pressing down on the inner cover so the drum isn’t off kilter. The first time I used it, the spinner made a loud banging noise as it was going and I thought it was defective but adjusting the clothes inside fixed the issue.
