These shoes feel so very soft and comfortable. My feet suffer from Neuropathy and, at times, can be very painful. Walking on the tiles in shoes is sometimes so painful that it becomes unbearable. I decided to look for some Orthopedic wide shoes. I found STQ and their shoes are so very comfortable! I don't want to take the shoes off! They have great cushion and arch support. They look sporty and not like bozo shoes. I can slide right into them. I changed the laces to elastic laces, and that just took it up another notch! The soles of these shoes are so durable that I can hardly feel the ground. Catch them on sale. They are a great value for the money! These shoes are so comfortable! And they don't look like clown shoes, which is pretty amazing when you wear a size 10 wide. My toes have wiggle room, yet they stay securely on my feet without slipping. I don't write many reviews but these I highly recommend.

These shoes are wide width with a wide toe box. I bought these out of desperation for a solution for my very swollen ankles and feet as I can no longer wear my wide width Skechers (not wide enough). I do really like that these shoes lace up. They help alleviate some of the foot and ankle pain I’ve been experiencing daily for months. The back and sides of shoe surrounding the back of the ankle and heel hurt as they are extremely firm though. I imagine that will calm down as I break them in. I love that they are sold in all black too. The insole is pretty comfortable. I do feel like they run big as I normally wear a 9.5 and they’re big on me. I would buy these shoes again. ... show more

These are great shoes! I have tried a lot of shoes and been using minimalist shoes before this but wasn't happy. I have arthritis and medial meniscus issues in my knees, esp the right knee. When I walked very far(which I love to do) my knee would be so so painful. As soon as I put these shoes on with the arch support the knee pain disappeared and I walk long distances now. WOW! I traced my foot on a piece of paper and measured to get the correct size. This is important. I love these shoes and just ordered another pair. I plan to get a different color soon too! Very cheaply made, luckily I am buying them to only wear 2-3 times a month. The shoe lace holes don’t even have metal grommets on them! I will say that the 8wide is a true size and the toe box is wide plus they fit my custom orthodontics.

    • Wonderful for bunion and hammer toes

These shoes are the only ones I have found that work with my bunion and hammer toe. They are very comfortable for wearing all day around the house, but don't feel stable enough for doing longer walks. My heel tends to roll in a bit and these don't have enough support to stop this. However, love how the upper is stretchy enough to not rub on hammer toe. I have tried many pairs of shoes, but no matter how expensive these very reasonably priced have made my life much more comfortable and with enough arch support. ... show more
