Ease of assembly, however, was mossing two bolts and one pole hole did not line up properly, but it turned out the bigger one I got as well had two extra bolts and assembled without issue. Their email communication with customer support service went well and could send pictures of what went wrong. 4.5 stars, rounded up to 5 stars. The only less than ideal trait is that the finish scratches pretty easily. Otherwise, it is easy enough to put together, sturdy for a storage rack in this price range, and has a decent capacity of weight per shelf. I have used other shelving systems, and IF you do not need adjustable shelving or heavy duty shelving this would be a good choice. I am likely to buy again from this company to organize my storage space. Keep in mind this is WIRE shelving, small items will need to be in a bin, box, or basket. Looks to be a pretty good shelf. Instructions were clear and easy to put together. Great size for a small space. However there was one hole that was not drilled out for the shelf. So one shelf is not very sturdy.
