If they don't plan on sending you an object that has the colors and style that you think you ordered, then they shouldn't offer you choice. They should just say, "you get some totally random stone-like object." The chain is cheap and gold-tone plated. That was expected. Not expected was a synthetic stone that looks nothing like what I ordered. Get what you pay for I guess. I was really looking for the more shiny turquoise look. Definitely going to return it.
