I have tried many inserts and these were by far my favorite. They were bigger than most which was good and the amount of push-up it gave my cleavage was the best I have had even with a push up bra. I love the fact that I now can have cleavage with a halter top which normally shows bra straps. The push up padding stayed all night and didn’t lower because where I put them they stayed. I am so impressed with the staying power of these sticky boobs! Truly, I have used them a number of times already and they are just as sticky as when I first opened them. I can also confirm that they still work in the water. I would agree that the lift these provide is equal to about 2 cup sizes. I found them comfortable and non-irritating to my skin. Because these are sticky on both sides, they are a solution for a form fitting top or a close fitting swimsuit; I would not recommend these for a blousy shirt—that’s not the intended use. I also appreciate the little extras in the box—the triangle nipple covers (great for thinner/unpadded swimwear!) 100% recommend, especially since this price is a good value for the quality!

They do not really help to push up and stabilize..more or less just make you look like you are stuffing your bra. They can be worn alone without sagging. Which was the whole reason I bought them to be worn alone and decrease sag. Sigh, will return.

The Ultra Boost Inserts are amazing! I’ve tried boomba bra inserts before, and honestly, these hold up just as well—if not better—for a much better price.
