Pasted it on my Nissan Rogue. You need to spend sometime on marking the measurements. Have patience when pasting the sticker. You need a credit card to stick it without air bubbles. I am very well satisfued. I dont think, rain water can go inside. No sure on how it works on hot summer. I will give an update after 1 month. ... show more

The yellow is like a Tonka yellow, which is exactly what I was after. The installation was intimidating but I got through it without any issue. I cleaned the fender, used blue masking tape to set some guide points, then got a spray bottle of warm water with a couple drops of dish soap, sprayed down the fender, stuck the end of the stripes and work my way down, making sure everything perfectly aligned before squeegy-ing out the water (i used a credit card with a microfiber folded over it), then used a razor blade and followed the bottom of the fender with a 1/4" tail to fold over the fender lip. Some of the more dramatic bulges in the fender needed a hair drier to warm up and soften the vinyl to get it follow the contours without wrinkling. Left it out in the sun to dry and what little bubbles remained have worked themselves out. ... show more

Used the soapy water method. You can search for a installation video on You Tube. Looks great on my 2012 Mustang. Added 1/4" pinstripes I bought at my local auto parts store for a more custom look. Will try to give a review in a few months to see how they hold up.

These vinyl stripes are great and went on smooth! I'm not entire sure why someone said they're "not auto grade vinyl" because when they're on, they are definitely on. This was my first time putting vinyl on and it went great! I definitely recommend spraying the area down with soapy water so you can move it around until you start to squeegee it. A hair dryer also works wonders to get it to adhere faster. You can try the dry method if you're super confident in your abilities but spraying before hand made it super easy. Also, take your time.
