I love the way they look. They are ok comfortable not a lot of support but not uncomfortable. I am a big girl so I like support but these seem fine. They definitely run a little small. I usually wear an 8.5 but ordered a 9 and it is a perfect fit. I just got them so, I don't know yet if they will stretch out or not. Both straps are fixed, no adjustmests, it may be that after a few times wearing them, the straps may get loose. BUT for now, I really like them. So sad to have to return these, they were exactly what I was looking for! Beautiful in person. I am a size 7-7.5 usually in sandals so ordered an 8 based on other people’s recommendations to size up. The length was a perfect fit but the front strap was way too tight. Initially I thought it was elastic and would break in but looked closer (last pic) and it’s leather. So you *could* bring them to a cobbler and have them stretched - but I thought it would need so much stretching for me I might still end up with the strap cutting me.
