I returned them on 11.7, they were delivered back to seller on 11.10 but i was not issued a refund until the 16th and that was only after i called amazon to complain. Good comfortable platforms, which is very hard for me to find I’m on my feet 12 hour shifts and I have bad feet. The only negative is my heel slipped out when I walk, but it’s not the end of the world. They’re cute. I did spray them with waterproofing and of course, like always the white platform so it gets dirty.
