*** Update. After two weeks the smell didn’t go away. Smells a bit like road tar or burn plastic. Threw them in a copy paper box and returned them. The smell was disgusting and my entire laundry room took on the smell while they were in there. Terrible. Size is fine. Says its real leather but looks like fake leather. And. They.Smell. I’m gonna leave them on my porch a few days to see if it airs out. I’d return them but the box got wet and ruined would not buy again .

Ordered these for my daughter. They seem to be very well made and are true to size. Ordered her normal 7.5 and they fit perfectly. They are a nice fit around the calf if you have slim to normal calves. They might be snug if you have large calves. These boots are a nice height, with the shaft reaching about mid calf rather than coming all the way to the knee. Uppers are real leather and soles are rubber made to look like stacked leather. Be advised they are NOT white as they may appear in the photo. They are more of a grayish white so they will most likely look better if you don't wear them next to white bottoms. Lucked out and purchased these on sale for $103 which is a very great price for leather boots. Very pleased with purchase.

These boots are absolutely fabulous! I usually size up in shoes and boots. I measure 8 to 8 1/2 and ordered a 9. The heel is perfect : high enough and low enough. I wore these to my high school reunion and was on my feet for 5 hours with no problem. I will say the color is not white nor cream, it has more of a slight gray/puddy tinge. Don’t let that deter you, I think it’s nice to mix different tones of white/cream in the same outfit.
