Shoes are very long and narrow. I typically wear an 11.5, and I ended up with 11's thar are too long. The soles of the shoes peel off quickly as well. They are comfortable shoes though.

After three weeks of starting to use this shoe (bought in November on Black Friday, started to use in April), it developed a large tear. And, overall, the quality of this shoe feels weak, like the fabric is going to separate from the sole in a matter of weeks. I reached out to Steve Madden customer support, and they told me to contact the retailer instead of standing by their product and helping me correct this directly with them. What kind of brand does that? They have the opportunity to help me fix the issue directly, but instead, want me to go back to Amazon (where because it's past the return window I don't expect help.) I've contacted other shoe brands where e.g. the toe developed a hole in my kid's shoe after 6 months, and they helped me directly with a credit. But Steve Madden? No, you are on your own.
