This bag works for everything I need... lots of interior room, pockets inside, the three zipper pouches on the outside make perfect sense and I have enjoyed using it. BUT... it is NOT carry-on size and I was recently not allowed to bring it on the plane. It is not regulation size so that it fits straight into the overhead compartment (Southwest - and only on the older planes where the bins are smaller.) In those cases I have to put it sideways, no problem. But on the newer planes, it slides in fine with wheels out and no issues. Still, it was a really bad travel day when they forced me to check this bag. It's too big, and unfortunately I can't take the chance again that I won't be able to have it with me in the cabin. Looking for a 22" that has the same features.

Wife loves all three pieces of luggage. Only problem is that the 20” came in black trim, while other two has tan trim. Not a deal breaker. Very nice and good quality. My sister like the black trim suit case, so gave it to her. We’ll reorder the 20” in tan trim.

Do not waste your $. IT LASTED ONE FLIGHT. This is a very nice-looking suitcase, but the quality is horrible. I picked up my suitcase at the baggage claim after the first flight and the handle was broken. I have purchased less expensive suitcases that lasted much longer than this. I do not recommend this product . It is too late to return, so it’s going in the trash! PS: I bought two months before my trip.

This piece of luggage is the perfect size. Spacious yet light weight. Classy high-end tailored look. The wheels seem very sturdy. Especially like the 360 degree turn radius. Would definitely recommend!
