The shipping presentation is nice. It comes in a medium sized box with several items included. There is a gift bag and a blank notecard in a nice envelope for you to write a personal message to the recipient. The necklace box is tied with a nice fabric bow. Inside the necklace box, the necklace itself is wrapped in standard jewelry plastic. I would remove this before giving as a gift because it cheapens the gift appearance but is needed to keep the necklace safe during shipping. The pendent is beautiful, albeit on the smaller side. My finger next to it for size reference in the photo is my thumb (please ignore my need for a manicure). The "I Love You" on the back of the pendent is a bit different looking than in the item listing photo but I think it looks nicer in reality. The product photo doesn't do it justice. The chain is not too dainty that I'm afraid it will break easily, but also doesn't have a cheap appearance to it like so many necklaces online do. Ipleased with this and am keeping it for myself because I like it and like the reminder to love myself. :)

I wear a small necklace every day - sometimes silver, sometimes gold, depending on the earrings I choose to wear that day. I love that this beautiful little necklace has both colors so I never have to take it off. I'm crossing my fingers that it won't turn since I will not be taking it off when showering. It's beautiful and dainty but substantial. It seems to be very good quality and has a nice weight to it.

This necklace has a solid feel to it and good weight adding to its high quality style. The front is a ribbed heart and the back says I love you over polished gold plating. The chine is a polished silver. A classic look for a quality necklace. Easily gift-able with its custom box and bag.
