Looked bigger in the pictures. Bit Pricey for tiny SS ring. Ring was missing crystal by name. Paula Max said will send replacement and kept asking if wanted everything the same. I said more than 3 times wanted all the engravings we designed etc... Except to make sure that the Stones were Secured CORRECTLY intact. Instead of Paula Max going by our wishes, they took it upon themselves to make the heart a black one next to my name instead of outlined! Black Hearts, Rose's are Bad luck for anything that has to do with Marriage! I kept emailing them with the pics they told me to take but ignored my last wishes for ring my Fiance paid for. It was only Headaches, Frustration and Heartaches from this Company!
