This 3mm snake chain is a good value. Purchased as a gift for my daughter in law. The only drawback was some tarnished spots on the chain that I was able to clean with some effort and liquid silver cleaner.

I was a little nervous about buying this chain based on some of the reviews. I know silver tarnishes and some tarnishing is to be expected. that said, I intentionally try to tarnish this chain. I wore it to bed, in the shower during workouts for several days. I'm happy to say that there has been no sign whatsoever of tarnish. This snake chain is beautiful, fluid, extremely flexible and shiny. It has nice weight and size. I purchased the 15 in. and I will probably buy another length. Definitely happy with my purchase.
